It's poor services, we went to this shop on 19/12/2020 at 2.36 pm for buy garage remote we talked with seller if we can't connect remote with control box can we refund he said yes and he said I give receipt you can come and refund. So, finally we can not connect we ask seller for refund he said can not refund because the remote is good condition he told if remote is not good can refund. What? We gave back the good one but we con not use it and that day you said if we connot connect we can turn back. So, today you said cannot!
So terrible! Far away from this shop he will change his word. Mister mint at Melbourne central.

I went to buy the garage remote at 2.36 pm on 19 December before I bought it I asked the seller if I could not pair it can I take it back and refund he said yes and gave me the receipt finally they did not accept me to refund however, just want to tell the owner don't do like this with anyone anymore just say can not refund easy!

This is a shout out to Matt who made sure a broken strap didn't ruin my night. He provided exemplary customer service and as a uni student who has to watch every dollar, made sure my emergency visit didn't break the bank. I have finally found a cobbler in Melbourne that I am happy returning to, and recommending to others, all thanks to Matt - thank you again!

Man was extremely rude when I brought a key back that did not work. Very poor customer service from this person. I called Mister Minit to express my discontent. Be careful who you deal with here.

Had great service with a Commodore car key. Richard really went far above and beyond to get me back on the road. Will always return and recommend this location. Thank you!

The guy at the Melbourne Central shop yesterday (16/12/2019) was very rude. His attitude was appalling. Perhaps I went on the wrong day. Not sure.
I asked for the price for an engraving and he gave me a price. I wanted to know how it's being charged so I could use less number of letters and get it done for a cheaper price. He just didn't like me questioning.
Was talking to me while pressing his phone. My experience was not good.

Just had a wonderful experience at Mister Mint. I had a strap on my bag fixed easily and quickly BUT, the conversation that came with the service was lovely. It is so nice when business owners take the time to have a chat and engage in your day. Makes such a pleasant change from feeling like you are being herded through. Taking a few moments is always important, especially so at this time of year when unfortunately basic pleasantries get forgotten. Merry Christmas.

They said they can replace crystals on website. But i was told at this store location that they "couldnt replace the crystal" because they "dont have the right tool for it". And would need to go to another watch maker.

On Saturday afternoon I was desperate to see if I could get a new key cut for my car which is about to be shipped overseas and the other key wasn’t working! It turns out that this is not a simple thing but the guy at Mister Minit was facilitative and helpful and made a call to check out the information.
It makes all the difference when people try to help and engage with you. All the difference in the world! Thank you for your attention and expertise.

Great customer service every time I've been here, prices seem reasonable and I've always had fast service.this is my place to go when I'm in a hurry after work and need quick service before my train comes

Went to Mister Minit in Melb Central (located downstairs off Lonsdale St) to help me with some basic metal work (grinding down a bike hanger)

Richard greeted me with a smile and helped me out.
His knowledge and expertise was fantastic, answering any questions I had.
I'll be recommending him to anyone in the office/bike community.

Came in to get the back of my watch open so I could put in the new battery I had bought elsewhere. Apparently I couldn't just pay for the back to be popped off but also had to pay for a new battery, even though I already had one ready to put in. If there's a good reason for this I'll happily remove my review, but I left feeling ripped off.

Key was cut that did not work when used.from this we became $250 out of pocket to organise an out of hours locksmith.when Mister Minit was made aware of this issue we were told “we take no responsibility” Horrible service.

I had a key cut there. It didn't work so I went back and the guy 'fixed it' saying there was nothing wrong with it in a first place. The key still doesn't work. I paid almost $9 which I wouldn't mind paying for the convenience if the key would work. I went to Bunnings, they cut the key and it works, no issues. They said it is a wrong key he has cut. I had three trips to the place I was cutting the key for to check if it works before passing it on. Massive inconvenience.

Great experience highly recommended. We had a lovely guy Richard who helped us copy our access card and went over and above to help even though it was a difficult one and we had to come back a couple of times.

Extremely rude guy if you return back to get things fixed properly! Lied to us saying watch is fixed & we accepted his word for it. Turned out the watch was still broken! Took it back and the guy accepted no responsibility!? For not fixing it properly? Charged $30 for battery when he probably knew it can't be fixed! Very dodgy! Operator.

Had my adidas shoes repaired, bloke was super friendly and did a great job. Couldn't have asked for more.

Brought in a shoe with a faulty zipper that I had previously tried to get fixed at a different place. They fixed it in less than 2 minutes!

Fantastic! Friendly, helpful. A pair of leather boots had worn through and he fixed it in an hour for a great price. Great work and even polished them up for me.
