We've had our shoes and bags repaired at Mister Minit for quite a few years. We've been very happy with the craftsmanship and service with Peter and his crew. If something is not 100% to our satisfaction, they are always too happy to make it right. Well done!

1st class service! Shout out to Peter & Steve who fixed my damaged boot zip in under 60 secs.and didn't charge me a cent. I was ready to get the whole zip replaced but Steve assured me no need and if anybody suggested to do that they'd be ripping me off. Great knowledgeable service guys! There are good folk out there!

Came to get a key cut and programmed, Peter was incredibly rude first stating that they don't cut this type of key as it will ruin their machines, also continually cut me off while I was trying to explain that I had already previously had the exact same type of key cut there by someone else a couple of weeks back. Then he started up with a different story about it being a different key that wouldn't work all together with my original key which I was trying to explain to him but then he kept repeating "mate, your not listening to me" in the typical I know everything fasion. Then he just told me to come back and speak to someone else. Seriously? Is this how you guys run a business? !

Today I took a pair of shoes to have the souls and heals redone. He was busy but had them finished in 1hr. Reasonably priced and great friendly service. I highly recommend Mister Minit in the Greensborough Plaza.

As per most of the comments here, such a rude and unwelcoming employee. Guess reviews mean nothing though considering nothing has changed. Just avoid unless you really want an unpleasant experience

Fantastic service and reasonable prices. I have had my favourite shoes re-soled and heel tips replaced on several occasions and they always look brand new!

Disgusting service, I wanted a watch link $13 I said I can buy the whole straps with 2 links for $20. He said if u don t want it go somewhere else. 1 floor down link & fitted $4. Why use these ignorant people. SCUMMMMM

Rude and don't listen. I rang up looking for two replacement car keys. I described the type I wanted, he then started talking over me. I told him to wait a second so I could describe the key, but he kept talking over me, he then insisted they had the key I wanted.

I went into Greensborough Plaza to their kiosk and it wasn't the key I wanted. A wasted trip.

Terrible terrible, didn't even to the stage where I could try out the old big man's work, he was just utterly rude and offensive in every sense of the word, the big man with a goatee was a shock, I said if I can ask a question and his immediate response was NO YOU CAN'T, he didn't even look at me, all what I wanted was to ask a question, I understand it was just after 5pm (although Mister MINIT advertises their hours till 5: 30pm) but a more polite way of handling the situation could have been better, but that is just not the end o fit, he ended up calling me ignorant and rude!

Got a transponder key cut for an Audi at an affordable pride and service was quick and professional.

If you are looking for a rude customer service, expensive prices, and low quality products, you are at the right place.

The big franchise and the fancy keys give you a comfortable and safe feling for dealing with money. But it just happens to be we spent $12 on a key which didn't work when we arrived home. As we went back for a refund we were declined that the key was not from them and they insisted that the warranty was false. Very unrecomended and these people are theifs and liars. We are elderly people and he thought he could take advantage of us!

We went after to the trusted Bunnings and went home with a working key for $2.60
