Dropped off one shoe to have button stitched onto strap at 9.30am was advised to come back at 2pm. I arrived at 2.30pm to be told he hadn't got around to it come back another day. A waste of my time and petrol was advised by a friend not to go there as they completely ruined her boots. Thought I'd give them a go. Do your selves a favour don't go. No apology was given.

These guys are great. Great customer service. Told if gate key sync didn't work to bring back for full refund. It worked so all good.

They repaired my work boots glued and stitched Did a fantastic job and it was ready first thing the next day for under 20 dollars what more could you ask for great bunch of guys

Will was very helpful and knew exactly what to do when it came to my broken car key remote. He reprogramed the car as well, all at a very reasonable price. Great service all round!

So happy with the service here! Steven is an absolute legend. It's not just a matter of getting something in, fixing, and getting out. Steven goes out of his way to interact with the kids and do his job above and beyond, without hesitation, and always with a smile on his face. Old school service and a gentleman. I was worried when the strap of my expensive handbag broke off, similarly with a bag bought in Turkey which I wouldn’t be able to get replaced. Steve at Mister Minit was extremely helpful, fixing both bags all within 15minutes!

I take my g-shock watch there and it's still just working he changed batteries when puts screws back on watch don't work he put old batteries back in that was working when I gave it to him and watch don't work but yet he said his done heaps of these watches ‍️‍️
