Greensborough plaza mr minit. Couldn’t recommend enough. Thought my shoes were past saving but in the off chance I took them to mr minit.

The guy there- pardon me for having forgotten his name- was superb. Honest, upfront, extremely helpful and told me the shoes were able to be saved with a few products and insoles.
Price was less than I expected. Paid $26 to rescue a $200 pair of shoes. Well worth the consult.

The customer service was amazing, greeted by lovely staff and helped quickly and professionally! Came in with 3 watches that needed batteries changed and a car key remote that wasn't working and was out swiftly with all items working perfectly! Cheers!

Today I visited Mr Minit Greensborough to urgently fix my son’s school shoes. The customer service was amazing and they fixed the shoes within 40 mins.
They did a fantastic job and used leather inside to mend the shoes and at a very reasonable price.

If I’m giving someone $60 for repair of a heel and he says he will do it, and you wait 4 days then get told not ready then wait a total of 7 days then that same person says he didn’t do it and it looks horrible and he needs another 5 days to fix what his workmates botched, what am I supposed to do? Sighs. It’s like shoe ransom and not one phone call to say “sorry we botched it and need more time”.

Amazing service at mister minit last Friday. Was looked after very well by the team. They are very precise and efficient. Not to mention their reasonable pricing. Would definitely recommend

Great service and very friendly staff. They even gave me a complimentary service for punching additional holes in my belts. Mister Minit is the place to go to in Greensborough Plaza for all you keys, engraving, shoe repair etc needs.

I would give 6 stars if it was available. The staff are so terrific with
their customer service. Always a greeting with a big smile.
Shoe repairs are so good and also the engraving is impeccable.
Even if I only have a question, they are so helpful.

Maybe as a first rule of customer service, listen to customer carefully? Your key cut's not working so I came back for refund. I said I went to Bunnings and made 3 copies when I tried your copy and it didn't work. You heard I've come back 3 times. When I told you this is my fist visit (after getting getting a key cut from you) you accused that I said I came back 3 times. When I told you word by word and you realised that wasn't the case there was no apologies and also refused to refund. You can say you want to fix the problem instead of refund, but not listening well and accusing customer is really something! Realising you were wrong and not apologising, tops it off

I've been to see the Greensborough team a few times in the last year and could not be happier with the service and results.

I had an engagement ring engraved recently, beautiful work and was extremely happy. Unfortunately a different Jewellery store accidentally cut the engraving when resizing the ring. Hart broken I went back to the see the Team.

After being congratulated (they remembered me and what the ring was for) they took the ring and re-engraved it. Again, perfect work.

On top of this when I went to pay and they refused to take my money.
