What the hell? My family and I just got turned away for saying that ALL four of us weren’t going to buy food for lunch? So out of the four three of us weren’t going to get food? Hmmm - So don’t go there for just coffee guys at around lunch time - or if you aren’t going to ALL eat food you will be turned away from the door - I don’t think I have ever been turned away from a coffee shop before - wow lady at the door you couldn’t have been more brutal. #rejected #knockedback

Overall average service and good quality. Have to wait or order a table in the morning for lunch.

Food great and well presented. Coffee is consistently good, have got takeaway a number of times. Service generally friendly and quick, impressive given how busy it was. The people in charge a bit sour and insistant on getting people in and out, from what I can tell just having a coffee is not good enough during lunch, we were asked at the door if we were in for lunch. Probably a little on the expensive side.

Great food, plenty of seating, great service.
Was here for a group booking and we had extra people show up, though it was very busy, staff were incredibly accommodating.
The coffee was good, and the food was delicious. Would happily return here!

Great food and coffee, but perhaps I went on father's day, very busy and felt like staff was rushing us to place orders.

Great cafe for breakfasts, meetings, and others groups as well as individuals and small groups. Big enough to take groups but also allow everyone some privacy.

Lovely helpful accommodating staff well trained and willing to go the extra mile.

Great brunch or breakfast place! A bit busy at times but it’s easy to see why.

Be prepared to be moved on if you are there too long and have finished your meal. We ordered two extra coffees but still it was suggested we move on due to the lunch time coming closer.this person seemed to be the overseeing the waiting staff, and by the way the waitresses were obliging and friendly.
The food was okay but my omelette was overcooked. Very busy and obviously popular, but I am not thinking of going there again.

This place is always busy. They have enough staff to cater for the patrons.

My only issue is the parking. Not enough parking in the area.

'It's fine' sums it up perfectly. The coffee was fine, the staff were fine, the decor was actually stunning. But it was so crowded and crammed that we could hardly communicate, and my food was insanely oily to the point where I couldn't eat it. When I told the manager this when she asked if the food was okay, her response was "yeah it can be a bit heavy. " Not worth the wait or the hype on this occasion. Disappointed.

Arrogant owners more interested in making money than providing a quality service. Breakfast quality was nothing special, It takes more than a few flowers on my toast to impress me. Not returning

Service is always quick which is wonderful if you're in a hurry. Limited parking outside and it can get crazy busy during meal times. The brew is always consistent.

I had the chicken burger. It was absolutely delicious and so was the chips! This was my first visit, but the place are very popular. My friends had different breakfast, and all the meals looked delicious. I'll be back.

How poor is your customer service when you ask people to leave after 90 minutes. As a table of people who had spent considerable money on their meal, we found it very rude being told that we needed to leave as the table was reserved for someone else. We were not notified of this earlier or at booking. As a result, although we were enjoying ourselves and the food was nice - it left a terrible taste in our mouths. Something for you to consider as owners.

Although food was good, we were significantly disappointed at being asked to leave very rudely after 90 minutes. When questioned they just simply said it was policy - which wasn’t clearly noted. Not compensated in any way and treated rudely. Shame that the commercial need of the business is more important the customer service.

Was in a pre booked party of 10 people. Food was excellent and waiters did not interrupt too much. There was waiting queues and it is extremely difficult to find close by parking
