Slow slow slow. This is the slowest service I have experienced in Melbourne. Wouldn’t got back.

My favourite place in Melbourne, we're here at least once a month, their cakes are little pieces of art:)

Way too overpriced. Ordered vanilla slices for $9 each, they looked good but when I had the first bite I wanted to spit it out. They were so soggy and curdly! So disappointing they couldn't get a basic vanilla slice right.

Staff members was so confused they don't know what customer ordered.
After all the confusion coffee was very average.

Service was great, also really enjoyed the coffee, I had the Asian style spanner crab omelette for brunch- it looked really good, however was definitely missing flavour, was quite a bland dish which was disappointing.

Amazing coffee and brilliant service from beautiful staff. Do yourself a favour and get the at-home bake croissants!

Hands down one of the best pastries cafe around. Very good and friendly staff, warm atmosphere and definitely lots of delicious food.

Cute decor and nice food but service is slow. Took sometime to be seated during a “quiet time” 9am on a Sunday with lots of free tables inside. Then our coffees took forever to come and lastly our food. Staff seem overwhelmed perhaps with customers? Overall nice experience. Will go again.

Has to be one of our favourite cafe's in the area, the food is always of a high standard and how can you walk out without one of their cake's!

Purchased a flourless orange and the salted caramel cake. The salted caramel fell apart upon cutting (albeit tasty) but the flourless orange was an absolute hit! Tasted as good as it looked! Would get the flourless again!

The reviews enticed us, as did the adorable strip of shops, so we were excited to say the least. My partner and I ordered both the Chicken Bao and broccoli fritters, both of which were lacking in flavour and execution. I really wanted to enjoy this one, but for $40 we were far from content. Not sure if it was because it was a busy time of day, or maybe the coffee and cakes are the better choice here, we aren't sure as we didn't stick around for the latter.

Dear Millstone, I don’t think it’s fair your cakes are so superior to all the other pastry shops in Melbourne!
Seriously delicious, yum yum yum! So glad I don’t live around the corner I’d be so fat!

Love spot for brunch. The counter is full of pretty pastries and the coffee was good. BUT they have two burgers on their menu they don’t do on weekends. Pretty misleading as it’s not stipulated on the menu. Then the chef took a break and had made themselves a burger. My partner was pretty annoyed. I don’t know why they don’t make them on the weekends, they dont have a huge menu, and my partner who is allergic to eggs had few options.

The cakes looked delicious, I'll have to go back to try them! The coffee and table service were lovely.

Staff were great. Friendly, helpful and happy. Food and coffee fantastic. Had a delighful experience there. Thank you.

I went there because of the high recommendation. I understand how busy will be on public holiday, but we waited for more than 30 minutes for our foods, however chicken breast burger was burnt, beef burger was over grilled, sides the salmon not fresh and mushrooms cold.when i paid at counter, total bill was $78.65 including 5% holiday surcharge, however, the waitress took me $79, the tips should be up to me not up to her.

Great atmosphere but the lunch was too many strong flavours for one dish. The haloumi was perfect though! Loved my peanut butter smoothie, delicious. And will always come back for cakes.

Busy place with excellent food and coffee. Busy yet friendly and attentive staff. Amazing dessert choices we always feel like ordering everything.

Can't wait to come back. Was very cramped, but the food was delicious and the atmosphere was great:)

Take away desserts were fantastic too. Millestone certainly live up to MasterChef fan expectations.
