Mildura Arts Centre reviews
51 A beautiful space to relax with a coffee or wine.
I didn't want to leave this peaceful place.
Beautiful, immaculate building, great art gallery, friendly staff and incredibly good value kids show. We had a great experience.
We had coffee and cake at the cafe which was delicious. The old house is kept beautifully.
Hi, Just wanted to say what a wonderful experience My Sister and I had at the Drawing from the Collection with Filomena Coppola on Saturday 23rd of September.
It was so informative and challenging in a great way, Very engaging.
The group of people was so varied, but I'm sure each and everyone thoroughly enjoyed this activity.
I truly loved that it was an adult session, as i always thought these type of activities were always for kids.
Thank you all so much for the effort and time and planning this must have taken. A credit to your staff and their wonderful ideas and the visiting Artists for being so approachable and engaging us in their world of wonder and talent.sorry for such a long review, the activity was just wonderous.kind and warm regards

Nice regional gallery with a house attached which is being restored to its original splendor, but there's plenty to see of it now.
Nice place to visit and look at art work great to just sit and relax, large lawn area for the kids to burn of some energy also has great performances, dance, school, stage, magic acts, music performances, this place has it all
Beautiful old house restored and kept for tourists. Well done Victoria for preserving history.
是一棟古老的建築 免費參觀
裡面的程設讓人猶如置身舊時代
旁邊有小型美術展覽跟咖啡廳
行程大約30分鐘內可以走完
It is an old building and it is free to visit
The design inside makes people feel like being in the old times
There is a small art exhibition and coffee shop next to it
The journey can be completed in about 30 minutes
Very good coffee. Quite a wait for food due to limited staff, apparently, but the tables and chairs on the lawn sweeten the wait on a sunny day. Service, though slow, is friendly and welcoming.
Great place to visit to see rural arts and history. The only thing staffs at the reception and foyer are not friendly enough and we didn't feel welcome at the arts centre.
The old Rio Vista Home was beautiful and worth the visit. However most of the art work displayed was not to my liking.
If you like really modern art, you may enjoy it
Has it all. Original old Chaffey home, first settlers of Mildura and attached is the Art gallery with various exhibitions as well as Permanent Collection of Old Masters eg Degas and other famous Artists. There is a Theatre attached where performances are held for a variety of music, dancing, stage performances and much more year round from all over the world. Highly worth seeing.
Brilliant Theatrical Season and nice professional venue. We’ll worth supporting and catching a show
Rio Vista House next to MAC was absolutely stunning. The video about it's history and written information are excellent. The current citrus display was also very informative. A must for every visitor. Entrance is free.
Only went through MAC to get to the Rio Vista house, the staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble
Fantastic place to visit and the original house is so well preserved, staff were really helpful.
Great way to spend a couple hours wandering through art work, having a coffee and admiring Rio Vista.
Interesting place - especially enjoyed the Rio Vista house. Good overview of Mildura’s history too.
If you are looking for art, you won't find it at the Mildura Arts Centre.
There are exhibition spaces on the ground, first and second floors. When we visited, the ground floor was closed.
The installations on the first and second floors were not great. You will most likely find better art displays at your local secondary school.
I realise the exhibitions change from time to time but seriously? Is this the best you can offer?
The art on the wall alongside the cafe was more inspiring. It was a few small Albert Namatjira prints (see photos).
This was the second time be have visited Mildura's 'art gallery'. The other time was in 2013.
The view from the cafe was quite pleasant (see photo). A nice spot for a quick bite.
While part of the same complex, I will review Rio Vista House separately as it is worth a visit.
