Milanos Tavern / Brighton Beach Hotel

Had slow roasted pork belly.twice.both times terrible and this was the same visit rubbery over cooked and no cracking for $31 and a couple of pumpkin skins! Won't be returning

Have had a brilliant experience every time at the Brighton Beach Hotel. I often take my parents and the food is great, the customer service brilliant and the timing is perfect. I can recommend this place if you want great food, great service and a short wait on food delivery.

Nice view of the bay to enjoy a drink. OK middle of the road pub food. Can get noisy, Friendly and helpful staff.

Nice food and bistro area, nice views of the beach BUT when it is too sunny out, they usually pull the blinds down. Overall it's a good pub/tavern to go to.

The view is amazing but that's about it. Some of our orders were messed up, when questioned the wait staff were rude and said it was us that got it wrong.

The food was average but to be fair those that had seafood said it was great. My wife's steak wasnt cooked and the roast of the day with roast vegetables came with steamed vegetables that were clearly frozen. You would expect better from this place.

It's a shame but I won't be back.

Had a great New year's Eve and the prices for drinks were the right price and we had a beautiful day set

Great views looking out across the bay, large windows.
Excellent service, good meals at reasonable prices, have been before will go again.

Staff were nice and helpful unfortunately made a mistake with a couple of our orders
Food was nice I had the garlic prawns unfortunately I couldn't taste any garlic at all. There were three orders of the surf and turf and was average at best. The barramundi looks great and tasted great.
Would I go back? Yes but not in a hurry.

We had the Barrumundi and Chicken mushroom risotto. We had to ask for parmasan cheese but made the rissoto taste great. They accept Monty card for 5% discount.

Customer service representatives do not offer the receipt, do not smile, place overpriced food, like mine $25 chicken risotto, on the table without a word! Not coming back.

Was very unhappy with the food serving I ordered a main seafood linguine and got an entree instead of a main. The waitress excuse is that it looks small cause it's on a big plate, the depth of the plate wasn't deep. I won't be going back there again.

Good food and service at an affordable price and Seniors card discount. Lovely sunset view over Port Phillip bay.

The mains are basic pub food, but its a great place if you enjoy a beer garden in the warmer weather. We have been a couple of times now and will not be ordering entrees. They are on the small size and dont replace the sizing with amazing flavours that would make you happy with the cost.

Average food, average service, average venue, slightly expensive for what you get. So an average score of *** seems in place.

Awesome venue, great views & so happy with the attention to detail from the marvelous staff for my daughters 21st. Could not recommend this wonderful place highly enough. Thank you Milanos for a wonderful & memorable evening.

The place was really nice and fancy. I went there for my friend's birthday party. It is near Brighton Beach so you get a nice view of the beach and you get to see the sunset too.
If you drive there along the beach road, you get a nice relaxing view while driving.
The food is also great, delicious and you simply want more.
A good place to hold events for sure.

Thanks to Michelle and the team at Milanos. Held my 50th Birthday there last night and they helped me host a great night. The food was praised by all my Guests and the staff were simply great. Thank you very much.

2 days after the function and still getting calls from friends praising the food.
Lamb skewers, sliders, salt n pepper calamari and the arancini balls were thoroughly enjoyed by all. Thanks again.

Had the warm Turkish Bread as a starter and the Calamari salad, while my partner had the Moroccan Chicken Salad. The entrée and salads were very fresh and tasty and were nicely washed down with a couple of decent wines from the bar. Good experience, very friendly staff and a pretty good view across the bay from the restaurant.
