They have nice customer service. I personally didn’t like sea food pasta as felt they didn’t cook them properly and not enough spice. However, Chicken Fajita was much better. Also they don’t have big menu and not much option in town.

Beautiful food and coffee. I asked for eggs and bacon with sweet potato fries. Great combo and no trouble for them!

We had a super experience here. The coffees are delicious. The service was really friendly and efficient. We really enjoyed our meals, whether dinner or breakfast. Both inside and outside are well set up.

Nothing has changed here in 10 years. A little bit of care and structure for the staff would go a long way. 1 local wine and no local beers on the menu Gippsland has SO much on offer, why not support that?

I ordered popcorn chicken, it was more like pieces of bread crumbs glued together. Where was the chicken. KFC popcorn chicken much better. Vegetable plate was not real good either. If you look on your website how the food should look. Now I know why I cook at home. Train the staff to know what's on the menu for the night they work. All round you missed people's food. We had to ask where our dinner was.

Came here for dinner for my friends birthday for the first time and all I can say is the vibes are immaculate. Enjoyed some bang bang chicken tacos (which are f-Ing amazing btw) and the pork belly bites, accompanied by some live music and a cocktail. Just beautiful, keep it up

Went to a wedding reception here recently. The venue was good apart from limited parking. The food was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our visit.

The food is not desired for especially when giving them another shot since they burnt the previous meal we had and the last meal well couldn't be fully eaten. They don't know how to look after their customers after they have served a meal that could not be eaten and paid high money for. Disappointing and will def not be coming back.

It used to be amazing but it’s gone down hill a little: (also the owner looks never happy always with a angry face, the prices are a little up there but for drouin it’s what you get.

Very friendly staff and good service it was busy, but they had it totally under control. Food is very yummy meals not super big.

Middels used to be our 'Go to' place to have our cafe lunch. We were happy to spend $$ there to feel spoilt and enjoy the fruits of our labour. Unfortunately the standard of their service and food presentation/quality has plummeted. No one seems to care. No one seems to have an ounce of enthusiasm for their job. A sense of tension amongst staff is very apparent.

Went here for dinner and it was absolutely delicious! Food was all fresh, hot and really tasty! The chefs did an absolutely Stella job. Was really well priced and had a great selection. The service staff were all fantastic too. Quick, friendly and accommodating for the kids. Would definitely recommend them

Don't waste your time or money. Food was substandard, service was hit & miss. Menu booklet smelt & felt like a sticky shared book would in a dirty daycare centre. "Sour dough" was a bread roll chopped up & toasted. Duo of dips were two small dips & we were told differing dip flavours to the ones presented. The meaning of "soft taco" must also have been lost on the staff as the tacos were anything but soft, more like stale. The food tasted like frozen packaged food, reheated. Would not recommend.

Third time dining there and we won’t go back. We have had 1 half decent experience. The other two pretty bad. I could have done better with a bag of Cole’s kaleslaw and some dried up chicken and not had to pay $25 for it. My husband's meal was just as tasteless. One waitress was very sweet. The others maybe need to retire. I wouldn’t waste your time or money here. It wouldn’t be hard to beat this place.

Friendly helpful staff.but the selection of Turtle products has gotten smaller & smaller over the last year or so.

My husband & I love our date nights here! We have been to Middels half a dozen times and we just love it. We feel welcomed. We've been greeted with 'Are we starting with the usual today guys? ' (we always start with a long island iced tea) and we love their friendly, welcoming service. I always look forward to our next tapas & cocktails date night! 5 stars from us!

Ruined Valentine’s Day for us. We were waiting two hours for food. Had to leave without any food because we had another place to be after dinner. If they can’t keep up with how busy it can get, then they shouldn’t book so many people. They could’ve at least told us there was going to be a delay or if they were short staffed. We even had to wait long to pay when we left. Waitresses were nice but a few behind the counter were rude. Won’t be coming back

Ordered through Gippsland eats last year. Was charged twice for the same order. Staff could not give a refund so spent $220 on food!
Saving grace for that was the food that day was great.
Tried to order again to use the double charge twice since then. Not open during advertised hours and second time order went through but upon arriving was told they had closed already and they had not fixed the app. Staff did not care. So drove to Warragul to by food.
Today ordered again. Food servings were small. Popcorn chicken no longer the tasty KPop Korean chicken but dry almost burnt inedible popcorn chicken. 2 serves of it. $16 a small box. Would rather have KFC.
Rest of order was tasteless as well.
Bad experience with service and sadly even worse food. Will NOT order again. Kiss my money and business goodbye!
Such a shame as I thought I had found a good takeaway with tasty gems.
