Don't give out appointment times if you guys aren't going to call in patients at their given times. We might as well que in the line till we get called out no bloody difference.

I wish to express my gratitude to the Mercy Hospital for the after care I received after the birth of my son. As a second time mother, I was looked after with the observations and reviews and had all my questions answered without hesitation. Thank you kindly.

Couldn't be happier from the Midwives Janelle, Jess, Tusen and the Post grad student with delivering our new baby. Everything was perfect thank you:)

The best emergency department I have ever been. The doctors and nurses are patience and very professional. My baby has decreased movement so I went to ED at night, the staff are so helpful, Doctor Jane even provided snacks and sandwiches for me in the ED. Specially mention to nurse Negeen, nurse Aimee, Doctor Jane and Doctor Marcus. You guys made my day! Thank you very much for your care.

So far we've had a terrible experience with Mercy. 2 appointments, on the first occasion they claimed to have not received the referral from gp (given that I'm not sure how they made the initial appointment). On the second appointment they hadn't received the reports from ultra sounds and blood tests. Supposedly shared care but my wife and the gp have had to do everything. Only thing they've done is give us printouts of stuff from the net. They have not done any referrals or anything else at all. Really poor and concerning level of organisation. Zero communication with gp. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Becky if that is really your name, from Hiedleberg women's outpatient clinic who can't give me her surname to file a complaint, a nurse? I hope not, a receptionist with lack of patience? Sounds about right.you are absolutely rude, no patience, no compassion, talking over me when I havent finished speaking and trying to rush me off the phone also is that how you speak to all patients who are trying get an update on their situation? This is the second time ive had to follow up and have received BS!

Fabulous experience of my life.
Never expected this much care and affection from people of Mercy Hospital but these people really stunned me with their work. Very appreciative personalities working like your friends.

My Daughter was born and didnt see a pediatrician until day 3. She was supposed to stay 24 hours for observation but she wasnt observed until hour 46. We didnt see the point of staying for observations if no one was going to observe her. The nurses and doctor during labour were really great though.

I would like to show my greatest gratitude for the staffs in birthing suite today. Especially Lianna from the emergency unit, Tash and Alex B from birthing suite, and of course for all the medical team members involved today. They are extremely wonderful and truely angels. Thank you all for calming my wife down and giving her confidence at all time, and we have absolutely, no doubt, to put confidence in our midwife for the birth as well. Today is truely memorable for myself and my whole family. Thank you!

I had my baby in January and I must say, I was so impressed by the staff at the hospital. From pre operative care, going into theatre for my c section.followed by the post op care by the midwives was exceptional. I felt all my nerves were eased by how amazing the surgical team and anaesthetist were on the day.absolutely fantastic! Thank you so much! You've all just made my experience wonderful as I commence my new journey into motherhood.

I decide to leave feedback as honest as I can regarding my experience of Mercy Hospital for Women.

They have the best Medical Service that I've had.

But I am not happy with other services.

On my surgery day, I tried to get in surgery room with my son and ex.

However, My son was not allowed in according to hospital policy:

One patient has one visitor in the waiting room.

There is no Mercy in Mercy Hospital.

I was not in good a good mood because this situation and scared of surgery.

But It turned out differently when I saw Dr. Carly and the nurse.

There were so welcoming, caring, warm and friendly.

The nurse that I met just before surgery treated me like her little granddaughter.

Dr. Carley is a competent surgeon.

Her Medical team is so great.

She removed uterus and fibroids as big as a little baby without intensive pain.and I have recovered very fast.

I have had 3 female doctors through this process.

They are high quality doctors including Dr. Carley.

The first doctor that I met recommended me hormone Medication so that I can still have baby.

Later, I realised I missed something she said in the middle of her talking,

Because my English is second language.

But Her attitude towards me is caring and humble.

Anyway, I decided to have hysterectomy.

The hospital provides me a social work who can help me house cleaning and shopping.

She is too pushy, rude and shocking

There are some shocking stories between her and me that I haven't written on here.

She kept calling in two days in a row using different numbers until I got her call.

One day, I had 8 miss call from her, The other day, She called me 4 times to reach me.

She didn't even tell me her name. She just said " Mercy Hospital Social Work. "

I am not happy with what the social work did to me and visitor restrictions.

But, The health care and emotional support which Mercy Hospital for Women provides me is the best.

I am really thankful to all medical team, doctors and midwives. My special thanks to Emma and Annie the wonderful midwives who patiently supported and helped us in level 5 during our stay in January 2021. They did an amazing job with unconditional love and gave us a very good confidence to care for our first baby. I wish I could give more star to these angels.

Where do I start. I practically gave birth all on my own no assistance until I started yelling the baby’s coming. After the labour was over and my beautiful baby boy was out, they crammed me in a tiny claustrophobic room with barely any room to breathe and a very loud neighbour! As this is my first time at the hospital, I’m disappointed and I will opt out for another hospital in future references.

My Mother recently got operated here. Excellent surgeons and even better nursing staff. The surgery was relating to fix up complications created by Warringal hospital staff, which I have mentioned in a previous review. Everything has gone well. Thank you to everyone and especially the forever smiling Nurse Matilda.

The customer service staff behind the phone was very rude. When they learnt that I called in to cancel an appointment, the staff suddenly changed their tone and attitude and even ask me why I cancelled the appointment? Even after telling them my heartbreaking reason to cancel the booking, they still push me to give more information, what a ridiculous and frustrating experience! I feel they do not care about the patients at all. I only attended this hospital once and I also think this is the last time for me to go to there as well.

Could not have had a better experience! Even with a delayed and long induction, I had the best midwives, nurses and drs looking after me. Prue and Laura in the birthing suite were OUTSTANDING. Supportive, respectful and so so kind. Everyone we came in contact with were simply wonderful. Thank you xx

Mercy hospital is all abut money, all the costumer services behind the phone are rude, and it’s sims like they have no feeling to talk, one doctor appointments will coast you 350$ and now it become 500$.

Inexperience and rude hospital staff almost killed my wife by mistake. The nurse even complained that my wife is shaking due to loss of blood.
