Purchased a new Husky wipper snipper last sunday from Dale. Very impressed with not only the product but also the service. Dales product knowledge is impressive and i always walk away with the right product for the job.

Had the pleasure today of visiting the Red Shed Cranbourne, needed to get my brush cutter looked at. The service and friendliness I received was second to none. The Staff member was Dale, he could not of been more helpful, looked at my brush cutter and In seconds diagnosed the issue, fixed problem and saved me a few dollars as well. I have used this outlet a number of times and it’s because of the service and expertise given by staff such as Dale I will be back again. Recommend this store highly.

Hi I wanted to share my experience at red shed Cranbourne after buying a masport lawn mower from bunings I was not happy on the way it cut the grass digging in to my lawn so I rang masport aust and they told me to go to red shed wow Dale sorted out the problem in no time he fitted a Quad cut disk with 4 blades the service was exelant at a fantastic price I took the mower home to cut the grass j could not believe it was the same mower Dale and Cam where spot on the best 60 bucks I’ve spent so thanks guys well done

Dropped off my ride on for its first service and a faulty starter motor. After being told there were no starter motors in the country as they were waiting for a shipment to arrive i was a little frustrated. After a few phone calls and a week later my ride on was all fixed. Considering the current circumstances and a possible 8 week delay The Red Shed Cranbourne lads had it all sorted. Awesome follow up.

I was there last Saturday to drop my mower in for a service, the boys where under the pump. I then delt with Dale who went over and beyond service my mower on the spot and also sorted me out the with new head for my whipper snipper.greatly appreciated

We came in saturday morning not sure what to expect however Shane was excellent! I had already done my research on what line trimmer to buy however he still went far above and beyond to make sure we had exactly what we needed and made sure we were comfortable and happy with our purchase

Dont shop anywhere else the level of service these guys offer you would be crazy to purchase from a big brand hardware store

I don’t like being lied to. Had my mower approx 4 weeks, when I finally got it back ($547.00) I asked for the old bits, delivered the mower, leaving it in the driveway minus the old bits.

They didn't have what i needed in stock. They found it at one of there suppliers and had it instore next day. Thanks guys

Took a while to get my billygoat in was initialy 1 day and ended up being a week and i had to call them to find out what was going on they didnt call me. Now 9 months later I try to book in for first service on rideon they tell me they will need a week to service it? WTF. And now I see a reply they say they contacted me on friday to say it arrived as promised! It was ment to be there mondayday not friday and I contacted them to find out also didnt call me on monday to say it wasnt there.

Good advice and able to order in the specific model I wanted within a few days. Big range available in stock.just not the exact model I wanted:)

Great advice from Adam helped my wife and I choose the best ride on for our property. After shopping around we were very pleased with the price offered by the RedShed and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a ride on or mower.

I buy and sell used MTD ride on mowers, I source my parts by wrecking other mowers, when I don't have the required parts in my inventory I have been sourcing them from the red shed cranbourne, I wanted to order parts through another mower shop in cranbourne, I waited two days for a reply, never got it, I rang the red shed, they had a quote for me within 30 minutes, Parts arrived two days later, great service, cheers

Absolute wankers had me mower for a week and a half said it couldn't be fixed didnt even order the one part needed.
Took my mower somewhere else they fixed it on the spot for me no hassles

Choice magazine recommended ride-on mowers from Husqvana and the Husqvana web site showed us the Red Shed was our nearest dealer. Whilst Choice can list the good points for scoring a mower you need experience to guide you on what model would suit you best. This is where Adam at the Red Shed comes in. He recognized I knew little about the various types and spent quite some time explaining what to look for. But best of all he quizzed me about how we mow and who actually does it. When I told him my wife loves to keep the lawns perfect he quickly steered me to the smaller unit. He thought it would be a good match to the person doing all the work.
I really needed the mower this weekend and Adam reworked his schedule and we were fitted in.
The delivery was on time and James ran me through the whole operation.
Needless to say we are very happy with the new unit. It is quiet, nimble and great fuel economy. We definitely got the right size mower for us. Happy wife happy life.
Thanks guys will not be long before its in for its first service.
