64Went in today to purchase a throttle cable for my Honda lawnmower, they were more than helpful and easy to deal with, first time in this store and I will be back for all my parts, great customer service
My mower has gone haywire, smoking which was not happening when I I did my service from “ Mower Power “ these guys are just don’t know what to do or wants to serve big clients.
Not a good experience! Don’t burn your fingers before it is too late
I walked in and met a guy called Chris. He helped me get my old mower out of my car. He sold me a new one which was just what I wanted. He was exceptional. I was so pleased to get old fashioned great service. Would highly recommend. Very happy

Have a 40 Year old KAZ V20 Brushcutter could not get Fuel Line Parts anywhere but Dale & Jason pulled the Parts from somewhere

What an incredible experience.
I was lucky enough to be greeted by Brendan who assisted me with purchasing a lawn mower. A man full of knowledge and expertise, he assisted me in selecting a mower that would be appropriate for my needs.
I had slight troubles with the mower when taking it home. I returned to the store, again greeted by Brendan who went above and beyond to insure that I left the store satisfied with the replacement product.
Could not be happier with the service I receive and I could not recommend this place enough. Thank you Brendan and to the team at Ranch House Mowers Cranbourne.
Husband Mark took his chain saw to get sharpened at The Red Shed. He came back and quoted how wonderful and great customer service he had received from Dale and Lek. Saw was sharpened on the spot, initially Hubby thought he was going to be just dropping it off. 5 stars for the whole experience.

I purchased a Husqvarna ride-on from the redshed many years ago and it hasnt missed a beat. Recently I needed urgent repair and the guys were able to turn this around for me within 60mins.simply brilliant and consistent with the great service I have always received from them.

Terrible after sales service!
Bought a Husqvarna 525 LST professional quality line trimmer Jan last year and within months had problems with it stopping when hot and not restarting until it had cooled down. Had repair under warranty only to have the same problem occur a few months later. Happened a 3rd time. This has now repeated for the 4th time only weeks after the 3rd repair job which took over 3.5 months. By this stage the service department has had my line trimmer for more time than I have since purchasing it 15 months ago. The service technician wanted to replace the coil for the 3rd time - as if repeating the same failed solution might actually work if you do it enough times. I understand that some problems are difficult to find and fix, I don't take issue with that. The issue is they kept making it my problem (presumably hoping the warranty would run out and they could wipe their hands of it) rather than accepting that this was a lemon and setting me up with a machine that worked. They didn't even fast-track the repairs.
I got the distinct impression that this service technician had better things to do than help me with my problem. Apparently a frustrated customer who paid top dollar for a quality machine and got a complete lemon is a low priority for him. Maybe all they care about is the profits from the initial sale.
The only thing reliable about the post sales service is that they will not follow through on their promises, like returning phone calls. I also got sick of the gaslighting, I lost track of the number of times someone insinuated I might have mixed the 2 stroke incorrectly. My 16 year old chainsaw and 18 year old Stihl line trimmer, which are both still running perfectly, would testify that I know how to mix 2 stroke reliably.
In the end I insisted that the service technician speak to the store owner about finding a replacement unit. Which he didn't do until I chased him up, yet again, a week later.
Eventually the store owner replaced it with a similar unit they used as a loaner for their commercial clients. So at least I have a functional line trimmer, which I am somewhat grateful for, though the one I got looks like it has had a far harder life than the one I had taken good care of. Too little too late and I never did get the fully functional new machine which I paid for.
Hopefully lessons are learned and the service department learn to speak with the owner to find decent solutions much earlier in the process and maybe even learn to call back customers.
Big thanks to Jason & Dale who in under an hour was able to help me secure a new Masport catcher for my lawn mower.something another business left me waiting for 2yrs.greatly appreciate the help and understanding! 10/10 would recommend.
Saturday November 27,2021. I visited the Red Shed in Cranbourne. I had a lawnmower, I intended on purchasing in mind. I was served by Dale. Who took his time to listen and inform me of my options to match my needs. I purchased a lawnmower. He got it set and ready for immediate use. I went home and put it to work. It exceeded my expectations. Nearly a month later, several uses. I'm can still say I'm very happy with my purchase.
Great, honest service and advise, that saved me over $200 off my intended purchase.
Our farm manager rang about our ride on braking belts and was rudely spoken to we have bought mowers, chain saws, whipper snippers over the years.they have lost us as customers
Bought Husqi 130 chainsaw, which is a little ripper. Jason was friendly & knowledgeable. Passed on really great advice on how to look after my chainsaw (from own personal experience) to not leave fuel in it if it’s to sit on a shelf for 12 months as this would seize the motor. Awesome advice for me as I did not know that. So thanks Jason. Highly recommend The RedShed
I stood at the counter for ages by myself waiting to be served only for the guy to serve someone else. With so many other mower shops in Cranbourne why would you bother. Went to Stilh up the road and was in and out with what I wanted in under 5 minutes.
Id been looking around for a generator for a little while n l got chatting with a mate n he gave me the HEADS UP the GOOD OIL on THE RED SHED in CRANNY
Go n speak with Dale n Jeremy he said on a Saturday or Sunday they know there stuff n they will look after u

I have been looking for a new lawn mower for some time and have done a lot of research and I had finally decided last Saturday on where I wanted to buy it from and also what mower I wanted to buy.
I had decided on the RedShed Cranbourne for a few reasons.
Firstly the reviews were very good, especially for Dale the resident Masport guru who works there on the weekends.
Secondly they had the Masport mower I wanted at the best price.
Thirdly they are my local mower store (only a 10 minute drive)
I thought I should call first to make sure Dale was working that weekend and to make sure the mower I wanted to buy was in stock.
Dale answered the phone and we had a chat about what I wanted to buy and Dale then asked me a few questions about why I had decided on that particular Masport mower and what I was intending to use my new mower for, the size of my lawn, what type of turf grass etc etc.
He then convinced me my original choice was a bit of overkill, and while he was more than happy to sell me that particular mower, I would be much better suited with another Masport mower which would do the same job, would be easier to use and would last just as well with regular servicing and maintenance/care as the more expensive model.
Dale said he didn't have one on the floor but would happily unbox one, assemble it, oil it up and fuel it up and have it ready for me to inspect and purchase upon my arrival if I was happy with what he had suggested.
Upon my arrival Dale took me out the back where he was still finishing the assembly of the one we had discussed on the phone and ran me through the features of the mower and assured me of the quality and warranty available for the Masport range and also offered me a free 5 hour service and check over (plus oil $11) that he would personally do himself on a weekend while I wait (if not too busy) and explained the great offers they also have for servicing all my other lawn care items.
I am so confident Dale and the team will look after me that I will be back to have them do the 1 year service on my Honda whipper snipper and my leaf blower to.
All in all this has been one of the best retail experiences I have ever had (I worked in the retail car parts/service industry for many years myself) and was always big on customer service and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the RedShed Cranbourne and Dale especially for his friendliness, product knowledge, great service and advice.
I am one very happy new customer.
