Melbourne's Mower Centre -The RedShed Cranbourne

The $300 Husky chainsaw was recommended to me by these guys and is probably the best tool i have ever bought. All my trees have been given a proper pruning and I can now get to the fruit without getting up on ladders and can actually cover the trees in a net to keep the birds off

Bought a mower yesterday from Dale. He is an amazing person. He went way over the top to help us and get the mower that we needed. Will definitely be recommending this store. Thanks again Dale you made a stressful situation Very easy.

I took my chainsaw in to buy a new chain.the guy that served me was so nice even offered to fit it why I waited.great customer service and will def go back

What a great place needed a blower Dale put me onto one on special it was blower plus vac which is even better never heard the name before but he uses the same one himself went thru all the procedures very helpful

All the Redshed stores I deal with including Cranbourne, Dandenong, Pakenham and Bayswater are absolutely fantastic. Nothing is ever a problem and pricing for spare parts/servicing is great value. If your a professional contractor or a weekend worrier, pop in and see for yourself.

Went to buy a ride on lawn mower, had no idea what we were looking for and the guys at the Red Shed were fantastic, weren't pushy at all and was a great price.

Was helped greatly by Dale buying my first ever lawn mower. Was very informative and friendly and, for a lawn mower newcomer like myself, made the whole experience a really pleasant one.

I have been a keen supporter over the years. Ensuring 99% of my machinery is from Redshed product range. Brilliant service by Jeremy knowles recently. Best service iv had to date. Went above an beyond to ensure I had everything I was looking for.

Pricing is reasonable across all the RedShed stores. However the service Jeremy and dale provided was worth it.

Going back a few weeks ago now.
I must say though, I feel at times the Dandenong store is under staffed. I remember calling 15 times before someone answered.
So I went to the store anyway - in person.

I’m never a heckler or see myself unreasonable, but that time I was at the Dandenong store was slightly concerning. Still won’t stop me from shopping there. However, I’ll try to reach out to the Cranbourne store more or the Bayswater branch.

I haven't had a bad experience here Dale is great, the prices are competitive, and the turnaround is super quick

Probably a good store, but they didn't have the parts I needed.
So for me it wasn't that great ‍️

I recently purchased a new mower, and Brought my old masport in for a service.
Brendan was very helpful with my new purchase and he even got my old mower running beautifully.
I also had the pleasure of doing business with Dale, Such a nice bloke, he helped me get a part I needed for my old masport, free of charge - what a legend!

I have bought a trimmer and a mower from these guys.
I am impressed with how these guys listened to my needs and sold me a quality products that suits my needs.
They did not up sell me things I do not need and most likely saved me some real money by avoiding product overkill.

Took over two weeks to get my mower back from being serviced. At one stage they had lost my mower.
If you're buying a mower or gardening machines they have a good range.

Cam and Dale provided me with a very honest, reliable and efficient mower service/repair. The price quoted was competitive and they even repaired a couple of extra problems free of charge, including using a spare part from another mower to save me hundreds $$$ (and even free of charge!). I would highly recommend this store.
Even gave me lots of friendly tips/advice on maintaining my mower. Thanks again guys!

Called and spoke to Dale at Cranbourne, not only did he sort me out with the part I needed, he offered an old engine for a REALLY good price which then allowed me to fix yet another mower with the left over parts.

The broken mower has been out of action for over 6months, but with Dales help, it's now FINALLY sorted.

Highest marks for Dale, he's a gentleman and the only guy that has gone out of his way to help me in over 6 months with this issue.

Cannot recommend Dale and his service enough. Top Marks!

I went to the Red Shed, to get advice on a new lawn Mower, Dale that i Delt with was very knowledgeable and went over different Models and things i did not think about, very happy with my new lawn Mower, just what i wanted, couldn't think of anyone else i would go to for advice about Lawn gear

Dale and Cam got me onto a Masport 620 159cc Alko, walked in blind and came out seeing the light with a great mower that over exceeded my expectations. As this was purchased during Covid hard lock down i found it was an easy transaction and exceptional service.

Went there today to spend $1400 on a new chainsaw sign out front says open to trades only due to covid and doors were open so as a tradesman I entered and 1min as a was told to leave the shop very rudely its not the first time I've had a terrible experience there IL NEVER SHOP THERE AGINE
