Melbourne Skin & Dermatology

I've been seeing Dr Jane since July last year and my skin has never looked better! I've been battling acne for all my life and has attended a few clinics, but I didn't feel like I saw enough improvement. Dr Jane prescribed me topical medications and also suggested in-house treatments such as chemical peels which really helped me a lot. I highly recommend the clinic for all acne sufferers!

From the minute you walk in the door to rebooking your next appointment, all staff are very professional. Dr Anne was very quick and knowledgeable when analyzing my skin. I was very happy with the outcome.

The staff are welcoming, polite and friendly. Dr Jane Li has been persistent in solving my husband's skin issues and has gone above and beyond in finding a solution, including after hours calls. It has and is a pleasure to deal with everyone including the pharmacy next door working with the doctor. Highly recommended.

I told the woman I had sensitive skin…When I asked ‘would this be painful’ which I was told no. My face burns and it hurts to touch my skin so much I had to stop using all their products. Waste of a lot of money and it could have been avoided I feel.

Great clinic with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr Chris Jalilian is fantastic, he diagnosed my condition easily and gave me the right treatment, I have seen 3 Dermatologisit before and all couldn't do that, highly recommended.

Dr. Jane Li is highly professional and courteous. The Clinic is well organized, clean and the staff friendly, skilled and helpful. The best Medical treatment I have so far received within the last 30 years.

I had the great joy of visiting The Melbourne Skin and Dermatology Clinic on Monday 29th November at the Ringwood clinic, and then on Tuesday 7th December at the Rowville clinic. On both these visits, I found the administration and the medical team to be very warm, caring, friendly and very courteous. They went out of their way to help me with all my quiries and questions. They thoroughly enjoy what they do and they are indeed a credit to their organisation in general and to the Melbourne public and the health care system in general, and singing their praises is rather impossible. I warmly encourage everyone who have dermatological problems and issues, to get your GP to write you a referral and then take the next step and make an appointment with the clinic. All I will say is

I have been to the clinic a couple of times now and I highly recommend. The reception staff are always friendly and welcoming, Jude was fantastic in regards to the laser procedure, very informative and helpful, overall, always a great experience. I have tried other clinics in the past but haven't found one that compares to Melbourne Skin & Dermatology, hence why I continue to return.

Melbourne Skin and Dermatology is a fantastic business. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the clinic itself is clean, inviting and professional. Dr Francis Lai has been exceptional in helping me with my skin needs. Dr Lai listens, offers advice and provides education. I wish I had gone to see him sooner.

My first time ever needing to go see a dermatologist, so it was very daunting for me but the girls at Melbourne Skin & Dermatology were the sweetest, friendliest and gave me the warmest welcome I saw Dr Jane Li, she was really professional and didn’t suggest any crazy expensive products and was able to cater to my incredibly difficult needs / allergies. The whole team made the experience really easy and fun! I would highly recommend coming to these guys if you have skin issues.

I was referred to Dr Jalilian after a bad experience with my previous dermatologist. I had developed minor dermatitis that became much worse under the other dermatologist's care (or lack of care, I should say).
Dr Jalilian has helped clear up the condition and has been following up with phone calls to make sure that the condition hasn't relapsed. When I had a minor flare up due to using a product, he took the time to call me and talk me through what I could do to heal the rash.
Honestly, I could not recommend Dr Jalilian and Melbourne Skin and Dermatology more. I have never felt rushed in a consultation with him, and he always takes the time to explain why he is taking a certain path of treatment. I'm relieved to have finally found a specialist who genuinely cares about his patients.
