Melbourne Skin & Dermatology

I had a terrible experience at Melbourne skin and dermatology.
Georgia one of the nurses, prescribed me products that were not suited for my skin and as a result broke out constantly. She wouldn’t listen when I told her the products weren’t working and just said “you need to go on vitamin a that’s just your skin”.
I ended up having a reaction which as a result turned into an infection. She then blocked me from booking any treatments that actually would have helped the situation.
I am extremely disappointed with this clinic and am traumatised from the damaged it has caused me, as a result now I have to spend more money else where to rectify what has been done!

Very poor customer service.i filled out their online form for taking the appointment attached my GP referral as well. I am still waiting someone to contact me to book the appointment after couple of calls and 4 months time!

I have been going to Melbourne Skin & Dermatology for about 2yrs now.
They are always very professional and helpful.
It is a very easy place to get to and the parking is great.

Love the staff and Doctors for their professional services. Will highly recommend and we will definitely go there for all our future skin care needs.

Dr Chris Jalilian was very helpful with prescribing the right treatment for me and my daughter to achieve the best result for our skin.

Extremely friendly and efficient staff, great office and didn't have to wait long to be seen.

The receptionists, dermatologists, and all staff were very friendly and helpful when it came to addressing my concerns and answering my questions. The building even feels inviting, and the associated pharmacy next door is quite convenient too:)

People working in reception are so rude and very hard to make an appointment with doctor. They lie and not booking or sending confirmation text.

Recently had a procedure done here and was very happy with the level of care and attention. The clinic is very well run and all the staff are very friendly, reception were friendly and attentive, the nurses were great and Dr Li was fantastic. Would be happy to recommend

All the dermatologists and nurses are so supportive and lovely and provided me with lots of knowledge and all the resources i needed to help my skin get better

Awesome clinic for skin concerns and issues. I felt much more relieved after seeing a specialist here:) very clean clinic too which is so nice.

A refreshing approach to the specialist world. Didn't just read from the script (excuse the pun) and actually took the time to listen to my teenage sons questions and provide insightful help.

As I was unable to collect my script during business hours, I had arranged with Skin Plus Compounding Pharmacy to collect a script from Melbourne Skin & Dermatology on a Saturday. Due to traffic I was running late and the lovely Emily went out of her way to stay back after closing to meet me. Amazing service & very much appreciated.

Well I have given your service a five star rating for your principled initial appointment booking system. Very smooth and efficient. Though the appointment for seeing a dermatologist is not for me

Medicl staff thorough and professional, Admin staff so lovely and helpful. Great clinic, modern and clean. Great equipment.

Ample parking space. Did not have to wait long for the appointment. Dr Lee listened to my concerns, did evaluation and gave adequate information. She is a nice person and a knowledgeable specialist. Overall, a great experience.
