Had an ultrasound done by Chris Lawson - he was ace! So helpful - friendly, thorough, informative and patient with all my questions. Really helped me understand my options and took the time to ensure I had all the info I needed. A role model for all other staff and radiologists at the clinic.

My boyfriend got an appointment at this place straight away which was great considering he rang around a few places which were all fully booked for weeks/months.
However, what should have been a 15-20 minute job took close to one and half hours due to being forgotten and put down to "miscommunication" between the staff.
Parking is scarce, there is a Wilson's close by but you need to shell out $20 for an hour or park a few blocks away in 1-hour-meter parking for $4per hour which is not ideal if you are in crutches (such as our case). And possibly may have gotten a fine if made to wait that long.
Overall dissatisfied with service, didn't look super busy during the 2pm appt time so may have been a one-off.

Dr. George Koulouris and team at Melbourne Radiology made an incredible effort to help me with an injury - I was not only provided detailed information about the current status of my knee, but also some really useful short term and long term recommendations to address it and get me back in action. They went above and beyond my expectations for a radiology clinic, and with bonus good humour and friendly service throughout. Highly recommended.

I needed to come get an MRI on my left knee. Booking team was very easy to deal with over the phone. Appointment was made same week and Doctor saw me right on time. I was in and out of the clinic in around 30 minutes. Staff was extremely friendly and focused. Will definitely choose them if I ever need to again!

This review is a long time coming. I have been referring my patients here over the years and found the service to be outstanding, from reception right through to the radiologists. When I have an urgent request, genuine efforts are made to accommodate this. That said, they are skilled and first-class where it most counts - imaging and procedures. This is why I always refer my family members here. A great service for a great city!

I had both an MRI and CT for injection in my lower back, I was reassured all the way the process is very quick and incredibly professional. I was so scared but they really look after you. So thank you

Was able to get an appointment for a foot X-ray very promptly.
I was seen on time and the whole process was complete in about 10 minutes and I was able to leave with my images in hand:)
Comfortable reception area. Very accessible from Victoria Parade trams and Parliament metro train station.
As you would expect in a medical clinic, people with mobility issues will have no issues with access. Customer rest room available. Clinic is in a building with other medical services and a cafe.

Visited the clinic for ultrasound. Didnt wait for much time. I was in and out within 30 minutes.

Dr George has no care for his patients. I find it surprising how he can be the face of the practice. He was extremely rude to my wife and dismissive when we tried to ask more questions.
Please seek treatment elsewhere.

These guys have been amazing. They let me come in without an appointment on two occasions for cordisone injections and I was seen too within ten minutes

At first I was reading all the positive reviews and thought, did I go to the same place - did I see the same doctor? Did I just catch them on one isolated, bad day? Scrolling a little further however I started to see sentiments which mirror mine, namely, that George Koulouris has very little care for his patients, which, given he's the face of the practice, is somewhat astonishing. I don't give out criticism lightly, and he seemed self-absorbed and was very, VERY curt with me - totally missing the care and concern I was well justified in expecting. I truly advise others to look elsewhere - rather than lining the pockets of people who are just shuttling you through, and worse, practically laughing at you when you voice a genuine, health-related concern (I kid you not). I'd expect it from any run-of-the-mill bulk billing place, not here. Maybe it just wasn't my day in this final respect, and I do understand that mistakes happen, but I had such a long wait time both before and after my appointment due to an 'administrative complication' that I can't even recommend it for speed.

Second time visited (first time was 9 years ago!) this clinic couple days ago to do my tennis elbow injection. Great team, easy booking, professional, friendly. Dr George is super experienced, friendly, funny and caring (as good as in my memory). Thanks guys for the great experienced and professionalism on new year eve to help out all patients! Highly recommended!

Had multiple visits to this establishment, have been happy with each visit, quickly seen and dealt with professionally, and the CD copy of personal data is much more preferable than hard copy In my personal opinion.

Have used MRC now a number of times and have always found the service well above expectation. Staff are courteous and professional, and the attention to detail with scans and treatment has always been of a very high level. Have encouraged a lot of other fellow athlete's to use them given my experience here.
