Really great experience here.
I’ve been for 3 seperate services and the radiologist remembered me and and my injury, I wish I remembered her name however she was so professional and made me feel confident.

Their service is amazing! I did not have much luck with booking for an ultrasound but here I was really helped and I got an appointment because someone had made a cancelation. All the staff members were very helpful and nice to all the visitors and were handling everything very professionally. The guy doing my ultrasound was also very patient and explained everything to me and took things very slowly and made sure that he did not miss anything. I was very impressed! The reviews reflect it as well. Highly recommended!

Really great service. The receptionist, the x-ray specialist, the ultrasound specialist & the doctor were all friendly, calm & professional. Especially, the ultrasound specialist Giovanni & Dr Michelle were very thorough in examining my foot, spending generous time.

Amazing service all round. Hats off to you all during this tough time! Will be recommending to all family and friends!

Book on line appears to be a request for an appointment not a booking.phone service is terrible and the out of pocket cost up to 66% of the test. They do not tell you that some locations are cheaper than others.the staff are rude

I sustained an acoustic shock injury in May 2021 during an MRI scan from feedback that occurred during audio that I was listening through a headset that I was instructed to wear at Melbourne Radiology Clinic. I still have symptoms 10 months later.

I spoke with a staff named “Pauline”on the phone and she was very rude with me. She should know how to talk to people over the phone and being polite. That’s what we expect from someone working in a clinic of health. I would suggest to give training to your staff and teach them how to treat others! Worst experience ever…

3 receptionists. Aesthetic, comfortable waiting room with HD animal footage playing. Bulk billed for students

I had a really positive experience here particularly given the stressful nature of the MRI. Many thanks to the team here for their empathy and kindness. I was looked after with such care and wisdom from all involved. From reception, to the Radiographers. What an amazing team. Warm, friendly and very thorough in explanations of procedure. I was nervous about having a cortisone injection in a very painful area but was put completely at ease by the professional treatment I received Not nearly as bad as I feared

A very genuine ‘Thank you’ for the way you handled my Morten neuroma problem. I walked in, walked out and recovered within about 3 weeks with a completely successful result. This saved me surgery and a long recovery, thank you very much!

Absolutely outstanding service! Very professional and friendly staff. The MRI radiographer who did my sons MRI explained exactly what would happen. He was caring, reassuring and kept me up to date during procedure. The best service I have experienced in a radiology clinic. Will definitely go there from now on.
