Wonderful place with skilful coaches teaching both sportsmanship and technique. It's been a pleasure to train here for over two years.

A wonderful Jujitsu school. Immediately was welcomed in by the team, great head coaches and a fantastic community. They have struck a fine balance between intensity and a safe training environment.

Would highly recommend for those visiting Melbourne and those who wish to join an amazing Jujitsu family.

Starting Jiu Jitsu can be daunting, especially for someone like me who is nearly 40 years old, completely newbie in the sport. However, Ivan and Rafael have made my BJJ journey smooth. They are very supportive and put a lot focus on quality. The methodology they use to teach is great. Going to the gym is my therapy, I leave all my problems behind (it is even helping my personal life). My only regret is that I haven’t started this sport before, I fell in love with BJJ. Thanks Rafael and Ivan, you guys are truly legends.

Ivan and Rafael have made my BJJ journey fun, memorable and fruitful. They are excellent instructors and cater their teaching to the classes and students so that we can make the most use of our time on the mats. I felt comfortable attending their classes from the very first day. I would recommend this gym to anybody (kids, adults) passionate or curious about BJJ - beginners or even advanced students looking for a new gym. I look forward to every session I have with them and was proud to introduce my cousin to the gym who was only in the city for a few days. Thanks!

Ivan has created a second home for me since starting roughly 1.5 years ago. He's built a very friendly supportive community that provides a social outlet whilst still engaging in the technicalities of BJJ as an art. I initially took to this sport as a new found hobby, but Ivan and the people within it took my potential to achieving gold in the 2021 Australian Nationals in my division and is something I'll never forget. If there was any change, it'd be that I wish I started earlier.

I’m so impressed with Ivan’s teaching methods and the school in general. My daughter does the kids program a couple of times a week and I have seen great improvement in her confidence, discipline, respect and focus over the few months she has been there. Ivan creates a great atmosphere for kids to learn important life skills while learning how to protect themselves. They have fun, work hard and make friends. I honestly couldn’t recommend Ivan and his school highly enough.

Ivan is amazing! He helps my kid gain so much confidence after taking his class, after almost two years, he felt so connected with the jiujitsu family.
