I was very happy with the customer service and the deal I got here. I wanted to sell some unwanted gold jewellery and didn’t know where to start or what was a good price, as it was really old. Spoke with the upbeat male staff member, he was really polite explaining everything to me, he ended up paying me in cash which I was a bit surprised using card so much these days!

Been there last month to sell some jewellery with my wife and the staff there were really friendly.

So far, only totally obnoxious assistance. The website gives the only option for payment being bank transfer, after which you forward proof of payment to the business by email and call them to arrange pick up. The 'sales assistant' said I should have known that most people come into the business and pay cash, and that he wasn't going to look at my order or check whether it had cleared.
This is pretty clearly a pretty dodgy operation that refuses normal payment options, and wants people to only pay cash, plus the staff member was incredibly rude.

I took out a short term loan against some of my jewellery that my grandma gave me, the service was incredible and supportive. And the best part is I got it back after a few months! Would use again

Apparently had my order put through one of the busiest weekends, so there were delays in delivery. Would be better if there's a tracker system of order status and delivery for the peace of mind. But staff has been nice and friendly over the phone when i called up to check for progress. Delivery finally came!
