Was served by Mitch whom after his initial evaluation of $200 at a glance, was not afraid to stand corrected upon proper inspection & received $925 for our gold jewellery pieces. Service was friendly, efficient and I feel we got a very fair price.

Phone support was a good experience. Just a tip, It is a very busy and popular place, the waiting room was busy during my visit, which only means I came to the right place. The staff took time to show and explain all my queries about bullion, we talked about our beliefs in gold and silver and worked out a budget split on items.
