Absolutely appalling, rude & disrespectful. Went in to buy my first investment and upon entering, bad signs already from a couple walking out crying from been belittled, Then myself to be treated like Ive never been before, he refused a sale, then was told I was waisting he’s time & to get out and never come back.

Came in here with my partner to buy some gold bullion, the staff were kind enough to go through all the different bars and coins with with us and were quite knowledgable with bullion. There was no stuffing we simply paid in cash and left. Very smooth transaction.
