Amazing place, heaps of products to choose from. We got an amazing buffalo hide chew for our power chewer who loves it and spends a lot of time on it. We had never found a chew that lasted him more than. 15 mins. But it's now 2 weeks and counting and he is still working on it.

Great service, refund bird seeds, after two months, after opening bag, found insects inside, with new seeds replaced and refund as well on price difference

Huge variety of products that your pet will love, has a dog wash at the back of shop, staff are friendly and kind, more then willing to help you with anything your pet may need, dont forget the shop is pet friendly your can bring in your pooches

Great variety of products at reasonable prices. Every now and then great sale on items. Super kind staff. I was running late and it was 2 minutes prior closing time. The staff let me in and did not rush me at all. They were helping me and they were super nice.

Great range and reasonable prices. Only store i could find a bed big enough for my border collie.

To the staff member today (girl) that walked right infront of me in the fish section and did not even smile or say hello! Learn to put a smile on ya face! Rude!

Raw feeders galore! They have a wide range of raw meats, bone, and so on sold per kg. Reasonably priced as well. Will be back.

Heaps of range. Lots of healthy natrual foods to choose from and great competitive prices too.
And lots of fresh meat options here too.

Guys i am very happy to say the quality of food i buy from mega pet warehouse is good and I definitely don't get any complaints just empty bowls i can tell you quite comfortable my dogs a very faithful but they can be extremely fussy when it comes to there food i have been to other pet shops and seriously i can say this my dogs just look at me and walk away and the staff from day one still i can walk away very satisfied it's very rare to find staff help yo day in and day out.

They always have the raw dog and cat food I need and it's reasonably priced. Customer service is good.
