Staff are so friendly, helpful, and awesome at this store. Get all my parrot needs at this store. There are much closer pet stores to me, tho I'd rather drive 26 klms to this brilliant store.

Great prices and wonderful staff and customer service. Updated May 2023 to fantastic staff and customer service. Treated my curly puppy like their own and fitted him out so kindly with a harnesses. Best pet shop in Melbourne. Highly Recommend

I buy my grand babies aka puppies favorite treats from here. They love the pigs ears, bones and sweet potato treats. Great selection

Get my fresh dog mince here every week or my dogs go hungry, sent my mother in to collect our usual pick up that gets put away every Friday. We can't always pick up on Friday as they can't guarantee what time the order comes in so Saturday is better for everyone. A new employee didn't know this and got it from the display and not the back. Then we went in today and got accused of not collecting my order and they had to throw it out. So today my elderly mother got blasted by an employee for another employee's mistake. Tammy was the only one to rectify it and apologised while the other female employee kept shouting over the top of Tammy and my mum. She not once apologised or accepted that we picked up the $150 of meat I get EVERY WEEK. I'll take my average $7000 a year worth of orders else where. To speak to a long term loyal customer over a fellow employee's mistake is just pathetic. Will be intouch with our lawyer and will be having a chat to you after hours

Have been buying from this store for years. Has a dog wash, great variety of pet food for most animals, reasonable prices, very friendly, helpful staff. Can ring ahead and order too, great time saver.

Quite a good variety.
However i went there the other day and was waiting inline to have aan just walk straight to the counter infront of me pushing in.the young man working should have said somethomg but didnt even flinch, just started looking in the book to scan his items!?
Im usually one to say something however my part er was there and quite a hot-headed person so i didnt wanna start a fight.

Great store. I purchased a fabulous cat tree, large carrier, lots of goodies. Well stocked, well priced and really helpful, friendly service.

Friendly and Helpful staff. I took 4 month kitten with me and they let her try on harness and leash sets, so we could get the right size

I stop By for "No More Litterbox OdourS" nothing in store. They have other products called sprinkle. Not interested for me. Alot in store for all your pet! Huge place. Clean and well organised. Hope the service will improve more in future:)

The lady at the counter gave me great advice on kittens and giving them milk.

I was there last week, girl with tattoo on her hand, don’t know her name coz she didn’t have a name tag, was very RuDE she did say one word to me, even when I asked her a question she only moved her hand Don’t like ur job do something else, because it’s plenty pets shops out there for customers to go to.

Considerably large store. Online shopping available with click and collect. Good sized car park on High Street, corner of Childs Road, access from High Street only. Fresh meats and great range of alternate foods to the typical dry offerings.

I shop here to buy pet mince as the prices are reasonable and they usually have the mince l am after. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help

Went in store to purchase a barking collar for my dog. As I went up to the counter to pay the staff member made a rude comment to another customer right in front of me saying “I can’t believe they still make these, how cruel” “yet people still buy them”. Why have products on your shelves if we are going to have staff who are suppose to help you judge our choice of purchase? Clearly they’d be happy to pay for our council fines rather than letting us purchase a barking collar. Absolute joke. You need to teach your staff to be mindful and considerate to all customers and have a judge free environment when they don’t understand peoples personal situations.

Huge barn like pet food store where we source large 15 kg bags of Sunflower and Wild Bird Mix seed to feed our native bird visitors. Pricing is competitive when compared to those of other online suppliers where their delivery costs blow out their attractive pricing. So if you are open to shop in store this can save you money. Large collection of pet foods for birds, lizards, dogs, cats and fish but no live animals or fish for sale. It appears they also don't stock aquarium plants. There are trolleys at the front of the store for large purchases but you require a gold coin to use them.
