I was totally ignored and left without being acknowledged by anyone. I'll find another shop tomorrow hopefully that wants my business.

Fantastic and friendly staff. Also very knowledgeable.

My German Shepherd is recovering from a big operation.

The girls are very engaging and always ask how he’s going when I pop in to get my dogs’ food.

They are clearly passionate about what they do.

Highly recommend. Would not go anywhere else even though it takes me almost an hour to drive there.

Fantastic pet shop with a huge range. Amazing selection of toys. Good stock of various dry foods as well as reasonable prices on their fresh mince. Doesn't go off in a day like some other sources. One of my preferred treat stores, if a little you get into with entrance did close to the intersection.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Pricing is not the best but customer service makes up for it.

Staff are always friendly, big store with a spacious layout and plenty of parking, good range of products including fresh pet meat, and most importantly prices are generally lower than other retailers in the area. Loyalty card is worthwhile if you're a frequent shopper. Only downside is that it's often tricky to get in and out by car (one way access via High Street).

Friendly, helpful staff and very good prices that are cheaper than other pet supply places.sometimes by a lot.

Online delivery was fast and superb. We love coming here as they sell fresh pet mince, a wide variety of treats which are competitivelty priced. Friendly staff as well.

Sammi from online sales has been fantastic. The products were great at very good prices and Sammi's customer service was beyond amazing!

Being a regular customer I purchased a 5kg bag of mince, the bag was wet and the manager explained that it was only condensation. I asked for a bag as it was wet. I was charged for for bag. Having phoned the owner i was advised that their are free bags available. The owner phoned the store and i was offered a free bag. Very frustrating, and embarrassing, thanks Careline for sorting this out however it should have never happened.

This one star is not for Pet Warehouse products. I go there all the time and the service there is normally really good, staff are always friendly and helpful. EXCEPT today, a staff member I haven't seen before walked in, I said hello.she ignored me. I thought maybe she never heard me and said nicely "smile" she ignored me. I noticed she smiled at a male staff member (found out he is the Store Manager). Then while I was being served a lovely Chinese couple were asking her questions and smiling, as they spoke to her, they were lovely. She was very rude and patronising!
I thought this very young female with short blonde wavy hair, was rude and looked like she just didn't want to be there. We've all been through so much in the last twelve months and it's really nice to go shopping and see friendly staff giving great customer service and enjoying their work. But so upsetting when a staff member is rude to a customer's it can ruin our day.
I did speak to the Store Manager. Sounds like it's ok for her to be rude.he said she just started and was getting into it? She needs to be trained in Customer Service! The other Staff are so nice.

Very lovely and welcoming staff make you feel like you’ve known them for years! The prices are fair and has great mince for dogs

It's a great pet shop. Has everything for your pets. Staff are great, willing to help, which is what you want, because there is to much to chose from. Plus you can say hello to the Big Dog at the front door.

All the staff have been very friendly and helpful to this new puppy owner. They patiently answer all my questions and provide easy to understand advise, suggestions or instructions.

Great pet store. Bought exactly what we needed for our furry friends. Staff helpful and friendly.

I buy hay for my rabbits here regularly so also cat scratch posts when on sale etc. Always lovely staff & great service.

Great range of expensive products.
However if you just wanna buy dog food and not pay through the roof go Coles or woollies instead
