Very underrated small Indo Warung. Their Bakmi takes me back to holidaying in Indonesia. Very authentic and tasty.

Mainly Indonesian food. The fried Bakso and Pangsit was good but the rest of the dishes were in my opinion average. There are some nice dishes but there are also some not particularly great. Prices are reasonable though. Each to their own but for me it was average overall.

I think the noodles here are the closest you can get to authentic Indonesian bakmie in Melbourne. Would recommend getting bakmie bangka and soy milk

Authentic Indonesian street-cart noodle soup with various meatballs and dumplings. Solid place. Food quality can suffer when busy or when taking away (missing sauces).

Have wanted to try this but never went coz its always packed near south Melbourne market! Gotta fight for parking. That alone -1 star from me. So I tried a take away in the lockdown, ordered Bakmi Bangka ($15) and Siomay Bandung ($13). It is a big bowl of noodle, meat and some greens, definitely recommend this! The siomay balls itself is good. Taste is quite authentic but the peanut sauce is just too sweet for my liking (and I like sweet) and not spicy at all, that just ruined the whole meal for me. Considering the location, price (which gone up 30% in the last 4 years) and what you get for it, is allright

The best south-east Asian noodles I've had since Singapore. Balanced flavours, perfectly cooked noodles, great toppings.

If you're looking for delicious, authentic Indonesian cuisine, I definitely recommend checking out Meetbowl in South Melbourne.

Staff are lovely and welcoming and can clearly see how passionate they are about this type of cuisine. The restaurant is cosy but has plenty of seating if you wish to have your meal dine in. All of their dishes are very affordable too and portion sizes are big for the price.

My partner and I enjoyed Curry Chicken Laksa, Bakmi Bangka, Smashed Chicken on rice, Nasi Kulit, Combo Snacks, Pandan Soy Milk and Teh Kotak.

I haven't tried much Indonesian food before so I really enjoyed the experience of trying these dishes unique to their culture. My favourite had to be the Bakmi Bangka, I loved the dry noodles and the broth was a delicious flavour. My partner really enjoyed the Curry Chicken Laksa. The combo snacks are a must order with your meal too. You get fried wonton, fried chicken ball and fried dim sum which were all huge and perfectly golden + crunchy on the outside.

Thanks for the delicious meal Meetbowl!

Absolutely loved my dining experience here the other night. Not only were the staff super friendly and gave great recommendations, the food was super tasty and flavourful as well.

If you guys are looking authentic and delicious Indonesian food you gotta check them out!

We were lucky enough to try so all of these delicious dishes and my favourite were definitely the chicken congee (Burbur Cirebon) and dry noodles with mushroom and chicken ~ these are only available on their special Friday night menu!

Their meals are such good value as well, they range from $11-15 and the servings are massiveeee!

Had the popular pork noodle dish, its sensational especially with all the side dishes and condiments that came with it. Keep up the good work.

If you miss Indonesian style noodles, consider trying Meetbowl. Like their mie Siantar and Batagor. The restaurant has a simple setting and prices are reasonable.

I wouldn't be surprise if this place become a COVID hotspot. NO contact tracing form to be filled in upon entry, NO hand sanitiser seen anywhere inside, NO effort of cleaning or at least wiping the table in between customers. They just took the dirty dishes from the previous customer, and using the same hand without wash them to cook your food! I'm so disgusted witnessing this while waiting for my order to arrive. The food taste bland and people are sharing condiments. I don't wanna know how many hands have touched those bottles! The condiment bottles are also sticky from its residue. Yuck! I'LL AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST

This place was my go-to for indonesian noodle soup pre-covid. However, during covid period, I had two bad experiences with their takeaways. The first one, the noodle portion was not even an entree size (probably only 3 mouthfuls). Second one, I ordered mie bakso special which usually comes with the big fried chicken ball. But they have not given me what was supposed to be included. They should have told me before hand that they don't have enough ingredients/food that were supposed to come with the dish. Very disappointing.

Indonesian culinary with affordable price. Good place for those who miss the taste of Indonesian food. Not much items in menu, varieties of meatballs, laksa, chicken noodle.

Basic premise with tasty, comfort food. Delicious Indonesian noodle. Must try: fried meat balls (chicken is better than pork) and fried wonton.

Downgrade for sloppy takeaway. No peanut sauce, chilli sauce or cutlery with the baso and siomay mains.
