Medical One - Taylors Lakes reviews
48 I have been a patient of this clinic for over 10 years now.
The Doctors and clinic staff are exceptional.
I highly recommend
Place is super busy and sitting arrangement is bit old fashion, building needs urgent renovation, but plus point is Doctors are great and friendly
Today I went to see the doctor because my finger need stitches the doctors explain different thing about charges and I went to receptionist she ask for high price this a ripoff for pensioners then a went to see the manager to see and talk to her she was talking on phone for last ten minutes couldn’t bother looking at me that’s how she’s Aragon and service in this Medical One Taylors Lake
Another incident happen while am waiting a patient finish from the doctor to weigh out the receptionist sad to you can’t walk out with out pay the bill (the patient is not bulk billing) receptionist sad no you need to pay $88.00 (passion answers was in sunshine medical one is bulk billing (the lady wasn’t happy) this medical one big ripoff
Such great Drs here, I went to a more convenient Dr after I hurt my knee in netball and that Dr didn't touch my knee, just sent me away to rest, wasn't happy with that answer so went to medical one Taylors Lakes and Dr straight away sent me for scans etc, and turned out I had snapped my ACL and needed surgery to repair, so glad the Drs here are thorough and always do their job properly, and always great bedside manner.
This place is a hit and miss. Some doctor's are great, some not so. I was personally disappointed when I waited 2 weeks regarding 2 refferals regarding my under 2's health to find the paperwork was never sent to the hospital (I had copies of the "sent" paperwork) when I called the gp clinic requesting to please send the paperwork that should have been sent an apology would be nice to hear. I hope they send it this time *fingers crossed*
*went in for myself, paid 88 gp said for me to do bloods and she would call me next day with results. I was never called, I called 2 days later and was told doctor not in and that they don't give results out over the phone. Amore efficient clinic diagnosed me having vertigo. As I said hit or miss at this clinic
Sadly, the quality of service has gone down over the last year. Whether its, providing incorrect information, messing up appointments or not forwarding on medical records, it is are alway met with a "sorry, I'm not sure what happened" Time to find another doctor.
Highly recommend Dr Malathi. She is a very knowledgeable Dr and works well with all her clients. Has the best advice and so far everyone I have sent there has been happy with the results.
We saw Dr Dominic pucius and he was lacking bed side manners. Very rude and arrogant. I highly recommend staying away from this guy. Straight off university. A degree in medicine does nothing to your professional integrity if you don't have people skills and the ability to engage with your patients. Mate your in the wrong profession and probably need to be in IT where your not dealing with people as much. As a real doctor has people skills. You lack this and much more. Medical One needs to address this with you and send you to a course where you can LEARN them. For some people it comes innate and from the heart for others like you it's never to late to try to learn them on a cognitive level. Go back to school or change careers. Your in the wrong one. A good doctor has people skills. It's a fundamental basic tool to the profession.
