I agree about the support/receptionists - they're in the wrong industry. However the doctors are by far very responsive to emergency type conditions. I attended there with thunderstorm asthma like symptoms and made enough noise to be seen by Dr Malathi and she immediately got to work. She was responsive, and was able to settle my condition within an hour. Greatly appreciated her disposition and experience.

Very helpful reception staff, everytime I have visited I can see they have to put up with rude and impatient patients but the ladies at front desk always keep their calm and get the job done day in and day out.

Your receptionist are absolutely disgusting! Walked in without a mask and was asking if they provided some as i didn’t have any on me, and lady didn’t even acknowledge me just said you need a mask.places such as doctor clinics should be providing masks for the public! All staff there give horrible treatment and don’t have any ounce of sympathy for sick clients.i used to come here for the past 26 years and ever since Dr Uta left, all the clinic cares about is turning this place into a money making business with no care of sick people

Where do I even begin
Nancy the rudest person on reception is just so rude and not welcoming at all, have never met a more rude women in my whole entire life, feels like every question is a disrupt to her life, if you don’t like dealing with people I suggest you go somewhere else where you don’t have to!

And I thought we where in Australia since when did we have to start paying for doctor visits was with a doctor for 2 minutes and got slapped with a 101$ dollar bill.

Doctor nick has left
And so will I, will not be back to spend $101 when most places are free

Fix your reception stuff

Been coming here for over 20 years (since I was a child). Dr Nitin and the majority of the doctors here are fantastic. The reception staff are also helpful. I’ve had one bad experience with one particular doctor (once and never again), who refused to see my child with a bad cough despite having a negative pcr test result the day before. Told me it was asthma and for my son to take ventolin (even after I told him other members of the family had caught the cough also, and my son had never had asthma in his life). Spoke with the practice manager, who was wonderful and organised a different doctor to see my son and listen to his chest. Thank you!

I’ve been a patient here for a few years now and most the reception staff are intolerable. They are under trained disrespectful unfriendly and curt. I rang last week to let them know that I maybe late for my appt. It rang out 4 times. When I arrived there was 1 receptionist on the phone and 4 others standing in a huddle gossiping. How do I know they were gossiping you ask? Because when I stood at the counter I could hear their conversation! It took them at least 2 min to acknowledge me and check me in. That’s only one example of poor customer service. You’ve got signs around about patient’s behaviour. I totally agree that bad behaviour is unacceptable, but it goes both ways. Clearly you don’t go to the Drs for fun, your tolerance for unacceptable service may possibly have dropped which could lead to patients being less than polite. This could all be averted if you front line staff actually gave patients, you know the people that fill your bank account will money the respect they deserve. Or how about put a tissue box on the front counter for the poor father having to deal with a hysterical toddler that should have been taken into a treatment room. What you can’t afford tissues? How about you clean the toilet, how about you put toilet paper in! Now there’s an idea you haven’t thought of! Here’s another idea for you! How about you care!

Staff at front desk are generally good and respectful.
But most gps here are useless, will never diagnose you properly and will give a range of medications that has nothing to do with your condition.

Stay away if you really care about your health.

Unable to book a doctor without knowing for days whether you need to see one. Walk ins can take hours and there is no guarantee of seeing a doctor when you actually need one.
Also no longer bulk bills and for someone on a health care card with chronic illness has become too expensive for treatment.

Horrible clinic, make phone appointments with the doctors and they ignore you, not bothering to keep an appointment time or even call you back at all! Try and call reception you ask? Well they can just let the phone ring out and not take your call it's that easy.

So so sad, I took my 9month old son in there, cos he had a bad cough, the doctor wouldn't help or prescribe anything for him, she reckons they don't serve sick people, my son wasn't sick, he just had bad cough, she didn't even checked him and right away thought my son had Covid, went to sunshine hospital the same day and the doctors diagnosed him with croup, it is a viral infection of the throat, just leads to the swelling of the voice box, they prescribed us the medice that can help, and now my son is fit as a fiddle, I Don't know why the medical centre wouldn't help me get the best treatment for my son, so I give yous bad review if yous can't help sick people then why are yous doctors? Bloody waist of money and waist of time!

Excellent doctors and reception staff. Receptionists are always friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommended this clinic

The doctors at the clinic are usually good and excellent. YET the reception staff are not competent. They have trouble with any but simplest issues. They fail at clear communication with patients.
Yesterday I waited 70 minutes to see the doctor. (over an hour!) They kept saying that I was next in line - next in line - and yet could not help. There was no explanation or apology for the delay. Now if only I could get to GP without having to go past the receptionists. Not happy.

Worst service ever! I love my GP, but waiting over 45min on each appointment is beyond ridiculous!

I have been attending this clinic for a number of years, love the Dr and generally happy with the service. I had a phone appointment yesterday for a repeat script that went for all of 6 minutes. They called to get payment and I complained saying I have never been charged for this in the past, office manager called this morning, she didn't ask about my concern she just abruptly stated that I had an appointment and that I needed to pay. I have cancelled a further appointment I had booked and also my Covid injection. Very poor service from the "Manager" she didn't seem to care that I wasn't happy and simply stated that I had to pay. I now need to find another Dr and re book my Covid injection! Stay away from here it's not worth the grief service is non existent

The worst experience at this place. I am absolutely horrified and left in tears, even some patients had to escort me out. The receptionists have no training or empathy with how to talk to people with disabilities. I went in today to get a vaccine as I am immunocompromised and I was already stressed out as it is. All 4 receptionists completely GASLIT me saying because I was young I was not eligible. I had provided them with all documents the law requires and they still all began to attack me and say that because i am young I am not worthy of a vaccine. I even called in advance to ask if I needed any additional documents and was told not to bring anything. The assistant practice manager completely humiliated me in front of everyone when she was the one who obviously needed to be educated. Luckily the lovely nurses and doctors who are actually educated saw me in absolute tears and came to help, letting me get the vaccine I was originally supposed to get straight away as soon as they knew I was immunocompromised. My appointment was completely delayed because I was being attacked for 40 minutes by 4 receptionists for a matter they had zero idea about. The receptionists did not even apologise or admit they were completely out of line and wrong. Please allow your receptionists to be educated or at least let me talk to someone who is. Absolutely mortified.

I would not recommend this place. Receptionist staff are horrible and no consideration what so ever. The doctors take too long for appointments. The practice manager is rude and does not problem solve with customer complaints and humiliates her patients. I would not recommend this clinic that’s disgusting how you treat your patients. They won’t tell you of fees and embarrass you and yell at you infront of everyone like you are stupid. $102 is a lot of money to be paid on the spot without being told for once piece of paper for a medical certificate. This place should not be open.

Reception have no understanding or training on how to handle people with disabilities, especially in children. Lack empathy and can't except when they are wrong. It's hard enough raising a child with additional needs without being subjected to such difficulties. Shame on them especially from a medical practice.

Be aware they do not tell you they don’t bulk bill.
I had a 5 minute Telehealth call for a medical certificate and was made to pay. Was not told upon booking the appointment which was over the phone.

GREED & highway ROBBERY!
I made an appointment with my usual DR for a repeat script. The morning of my scheduled phone consultation, I received a call advising my DR wasn't in, so I rescheduled with another DR as it was only for a script repeat.
At the scheduled time, the DR called and spoke with me for less than 120 seconds about sending my repeat script via text message. About 5mins later the clinic called and asked for me to settle my account. $92 with a rebate of $38 back from medicare, so $54 out of pocket. It takes me just over 2hrs of work to earn $54.
Instead of this practice bulk billing me (which they have done in the past for a script repeat) they insisted this was normal consultation fee. If I had another issue I had to discuss with the DR, sure, the charge I could understand as a "Normal consulation Fee" but NOT $54 for less than a
120second phone call. DISGUSTING. I am now changing clinics and will never give this practice any more of my hard earnt money and NOR SHOULD YOU!
