Terrible experience - the doctor was incredibly rude, unwilling to listen and abruptly directed me to book another appointment as soon as we started to go over 10 minute consultation time. Appalling, unprofessional and lacking in patient care.

I have been going to medical one for a few months now, the service is exceptional, the girls on front desk are always polite, I have never had a problem with them.

Worst clinic to visit. I had terrible experience with Dr Surabhi Agarwal. She is worst and made me feel belittled. She doesn’t deserve to be a doctor.
She kept on saying you need to book double appointment to have proper consultation with me.
It seems like this place was more interested in making money then helping patients.
Never going there again.
Be careful of Dr Surabhi Agarwal, very rude person/doctor.

Low grade of customer service and waiting time is appalling for those who didn’t book an appointment. Also the so called bulk billing centre charges money to Medicare card holders on weekend. Absolute piss poor excuse for a medical centre and it either needs to be closed down or overhauled.

Terrible receptionist! Dr. Camella was the best after she left I went to see a another Dr she was quite rude if anyone have a suggestion which doctor is best in this place?

Waited half an hour for the doctor to turn me away. She said I needed to see my “regular doctor” which is ironic because I wanted to see if she would be someone I felt comfortable enough with to be my regular doctor. What a joke.

A doctor told me that she got only 10 minutes for me.and she said that if i want more time then i have to have another appointment at the same time back to back.

Had a terrible experience. Booked for travel injections and no information given to me that they were going to charge over $60 for the consultation. Spoke to very rude and accusing manager, who said I lied that I didn't know that there included a paid travel advise consultation. We just wanted a vaccination! She was intimidating and when she found out that her assistant manager gave the wrong advice, she just backed her wholeheartedly and dismissed my concern. I left shaken never to return. The travel nurse was great by the way but another poor victim of a bullying style management. Avoid her at all costs!

Received a phone call this morning said need to reschedule my appointment the Dr is unavailable, then an hour later received second phone saying we need to reschedule your appointment for tomorrow. I asked the reason they said we double booked that appointment, I explained my situation that I really need to see a doctor today as I’m new here in Mel and don’t know many places. After all they didn’t help me with anything and said they can only book me for tomorrow if I want, decided to don’t go there anymore and make sure they didn’t charge anything on my Medicare.

Camilla is the best doctor. She made me feel at ease and was very nice. That is what you want in a doctor. Would definitely go to her again.

As a previous poster said i also had an issue with Dr Farani Merhati who also went on about my weight and was quite rude to me. Would not go back to see her again.

This place would be better if there weren't such a high turnover rate of doctors. Good luck getting to see the same doctor twice before they've moved on to somewhere else. When I saw another doctor (Farinaz Mehtari) I assumed she'd have my file. Instead of that I was told I was not her patient and she couldn't really help me. Terrible attitude.

Went and saw Dr. Farinaz Mehtari asking for a medical certificate, admittedly it was the 2nd time in 10 days i had done so (for a genuine illness), she proceeded to lecture me on how my illness was due to my weight (i am only 95kg) and that she would never be giving me another medical certificate. Didn't bother to do any basic tests and 2 days later went to a different doctor in another clinic as my symptoms had worsened who was stunned as i have a severe viral infection. If you believe you have a genuine illness avoid this place at all costs!

Ridiculously long wait, I’ve waited for 3 hours and wasn’t called yet and decided to leave. Never coming back here again. Always extreme hours oh wait.

Misleading front desk. 1 wk before the receptionist informed they accept BUPA card and no gap fee, but on Sunday $20 gap fee. Now on Monday when coming back to see a doctor receptionist saying they do not accept BUPA card and I have to pay $57. Disappointing.
