Covers many of my medical needs including Pathology clinic, Podiatrist, Physio, great Chemist, efficient friendly Reception, good Doctors inc.mine who is The Best!

Just got my second jab there. Very well organised, excellent customer service. No waiting. Very happy

No longer bulk bills adults. Only children up to the age of 16.
Been given some dodgy advice by some of the doctors here.

Me & my son have been coming to Medical One for years to See
DR ANOOP he is a truly wonderful doctor. He is so kind, warm and understanding on top of his excellent medical care.

No longer bulk billed.wasn't informed before my appointment! So sad: (
Looks like I will need to look for another medical centre.

The receptionist are the worth you can ever met.waiting in front one of the receptionist more than 5 minutes she was on the phone she is talking about her little kid 3 years old how smart he is and I been waiting in pain until another one she came out from behind and I ask her where is the piodratic clinic she said it close. I told her I have 4: 40 appointment she answer Can not hear you can not understand you in very rude matter after the third one came out and said you are right she direct me to the room of the piodriatic.and Michelle the first one she still on the phone talking about her kid.
Spoke to doctor he was very polite saying we have many complain from those receptionist.

Making appointments are moot here. One hour + waiting times.unless you're the first few appointments for the day.

Dr Satma Karim so rude and arrogant. Just brushed me off and called my stomach pains never seen before after the treatment I had l, “in her 35 years of her career being a senior doctor“ she boasted but when in reality I’m no doctor but I’ve read enough things to know that the cause of my stomach pain had a chance to come back after the treatment. Also I had asked her if she had ever treated someone with the same problem and she refused to answer biting back saying that she won’t answer because it would undermine her like wat.how? Then hung up pretty much saying go to your regular doctor when I told her he was booked out today, obviously she hasn’t treated someone with the same thing or just doesn’t care idk either way don’t go to her, my girlfriend even went with her and coped comments about her skin and weight. Extremely rude and unprofessional she needs to go. Only good doctor I knew from here was Hamish Beeton but he transferred so idk about the rest of them.

Dr Charan Kohgar is a truly wonderful doctor. He is so kind, warm and understanding on top of his excellent medical care and professionalism. He listens and puts effort in to double check or clarify additional information he might need to ensure he's giving you the right care for a particular chronic complaint. He is my favourite GP of all time, hands down. He has helped me with conditions other doctors won't touch, carry stigma or won't investigate in one of those instances. He is always thorough and treats me like I'm intelligent and know myself where some others might look down at you because "what would you know? You're not a doctor". I hope he can be my family doctor for many more years to come. I trust him with my life. The reception staff at Medical One are always lovely, does not matter who is working that day - they are always warm, polite and friendly whether they are hectically busy or not. I have been to plenty of clinics where that is not the case! Medical One in Sunshine is doing something right - I'd say they are just as good is not better than some of the expensive practices on the eastside of Melbourne I've been to and they bulk bill. Can't speak to all the GPs there, but Dr Charan is a legend!

Awesome clinic, great doctors and staff - my wife is very picky about the doctors she likes however she found her favourite at this clinic. Keep up the good work!

Reception were lovely and Dr. Buckley was truely excellent. He listened to how I felt, and went above and beyond in offering advice that truely helped me.

Took my 3 old son who fell and had a head injury but they still made us wait. Anyways these 4 stars is for Dr Jason as he called us the other day to ask how is my son doing. Really appreciate his concern.

Have not yet had a bad experience for myself or my children. Have seen 3 different doctors and the nurse. Love it.

Dr Salam Kashmoola was one of the best Doctors I have seen.
My Mum, Daughter, Sister and & Niece were also patients of his.
So sad he left the practice.
The Receptionists are always pleasant and helpful.

Worst GP in Australia, you guys better better close the service and open a new brothel service that could help to get more money instead of waiting the emergency patients and charging money especially there are Indian doctors better you guys transfer to veterinary clinic

As a regular patient at the medical one clinic in sunshine I am happy to admit that this clinic shows great professionalism when it comes down to their patients and their needs! All staff members are ultra polite to everyone that walks through the doors!

Doctor Kerryn Cohen, I'm disgusted and shocked with what you said today. You are more concern about getting paid then giving my child his injections. I wish you make as much money as you could you greedy person.

This place is trash, they say 'were booked util 5pm ' every time you call even if you call days in advance. The bulk billing stops at 5pm then they charge you.hmmm

Me n my family are visiting this place for nearly 8 years now. I never have had any problems with staffs and doctor I visit.only issue is you got wait 20/30 minutes passed your actual appointment.seeing same doctor for 8 years

The girls at the front desk are great, they are polite and friendly and do an awesome job I’m always greeted with a smile and by name. I have been with the same amazing caring doctor for years (Dr Bruce Samuels) and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have also witnessed the girls being yelled at and abused by rude people on numerous occasions & they all have handled any situation professionally well done girls great stuff!
