Had to get a blood test today in preparation for my uni placement. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. I’m not very good with needles but the lady working in Melbourne pathology was amazing. She was very friendly and let me lay down. Made me feel very comfortable and she was very gentle with the needle. I didn’t even feel dizzy which is unusual for me.
Very kind staff. Clean and new facility.

Been to Medical One Greensborough 3-4 times now, a couple of times for the flu shot, once to get stitches and lastly a check up on my cut. Every time the staff have been great, friendly and knowledgeable and really know what they're doing. Cheers guys!
I've been visited by Dr Siyaguna twice for having a sore throat. Both times the consultation sessions were super speedy. I thought maybe the first time the doctor was in a hurry or something so for the second time I checked my watch. The whole consultation session (from the moment I entered the room till I left it) took just 2: 20 minutes. He behaves in a way that it seems that he wants to get rid of you as soon as possible and gives very short answers to your questions about your illness. Not a friendly behaviour whatsoever. At the end when I checked my Medicare history, I noticed that he has charged $37.5 for a CONSULTATION AT CONSULTING ROOMS - LEVEL 'B' which by definition should be 10 to 20 minutes. I will never go to this clinic.
