MECCA Myer Melbourne

This was the worst customer service I have EVER had at Mecca. Shop assistant was really pushy and didn’t bother to address any skin issues I had on my face (dryness) when testing foundation so it looked absolutely awful, and when I asked for a tester she said ‘you need to buy this one it’s the last one we have’. Overall a really awkward, pressured and upsetting experience.

I was served by Adelaide at checkout. She was quite rude and took ages serving the people before me. Was helped by a lovely team member with some Mario badescu products.

I had my wedding make up done here by Keisha, who was so lovely. I was so very happy with what she did. To be honest I didn’t have a clue what I wanted or what would look good, but Keisha did a great job and I couldn’t have been happier. Keisha made me feel very comfortable and confident in what she was doing. Thanks Keisha (hope I spelt that right), you made my day that extra bit special) xx

Was really shocked by their service, ignorant staff. My partner and I were waiting at a counter with one person in line, after serving the customer in front the lady just walks away saying nothing and I’m left waiting for quite a few long minutes and no one serves me. Asks one of the staff who is practically standing around talking if she could help me put my order through, she goes “Sorry might wanna try the other counter cause it’s faster”. Like what the heck? There’s like no one at this counter, and I’ve obviously been waiting quite a while?

The sales Tash is extremely helpful and absolutely an asset to Mecca. She was so patient and professional. We bought 2 lipsticks but tried about 15. And she really gave us exceptional service by sanitizing everything and recommending colors. We are definitely coming back again to patronize because of her. 5 star for her

Absolutely wonderful! Went in to get my makeup done and I got Matthew, wonderful conversationalist, let me know what he was doing and how he was doing it, gave me some tips and tricks and did a fantastic job - all the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, all around brilliant experience!

I'm never returning, I've been shopping here for approx 7 years, I spoke to the manager a month ago, but I think the problem is out of her control. I was there today to buy a NARS lipstick, could only find one assistant, who was busy telling someone about her night before, I asked for help, of course she couldn't find what I needed and went back to her friend. I remember of old there being at least 3 assistants on this site to help, no more.

Absolutely stunning services. I was actually browsing close to their closing time and their team still nade the effort to not rush me but help me look for what I need. A lady offered her assistance and the cashier lady was just lovely! My birthdays next week so I got a small illuminating balm for free from mecca today (yay!). QUEEENNSSSSS!

Best Mecca in a Myer I've been to! The lovely team member matched my foundation perfectly and was super friendly. If I lived closer to this one I'd only come here!

Man what the hell. I am a massive makeup fanatic and always go to Mecca to shop. Bourke Street Mecca in Myer is a joke. The girls walk around when they aren't with a customer and just look at you, even when you are holding a bottle of foundation waiting to be colour matched and receive a tester. Worst Mecca I have ever been to.
