MECCA Myer Melbourne

Recently visited Mecca at the Myer Center CBD and was impressed by the friendly and approachable staff. Their recommendations are spot-on, never overwhelming, just like chatting with friends. Being new in town, I was in search of the perfect shampoo and conditioner. Their suggestion of ‘Living Proof’ was fantastic! Appreciate the great advice!

I would give a zero if I could.it's my first time trying any kind of make up products and being a brown person it's hard to find the right shades under harsh lighting. I waited for 20 off minutes for someone to at least acknowledge me waving at them calling them to help me, but nobody seemed to bother. I ended up trying one shade and asked 4 of the staff if they could help me, but they were too busy in ignoring me. Finally after 30 mins of me being in the store, I was able to find a girl to request if I could get sample of what I tried so I don't have to open the main product just in case if the foundation doesn't match my skin tone under natural light.
She made me wait for another few minutes only to say the tester is dried out and she cannot give me sample. Worst Mecca experience ever! While they may have many customers, they should often look at servicing each and everyone who walks through!

The wonderful make up artist at Mecca looked after me for a special occasion and I must say this was among the best experiences I have had! Not only was her expertise evident in the work, she also continuously checked in if I was happy with the progress and was happy to tweak according to my preferences. More broadly, the whole team at Mecca Myer is wonderful, it is my preferred store for a reason.

Renz did an absolutely amazing job of my makeup on Saturday night, couldn't be happier!

Just went into Mecca and was served by Mez who is amazing and kind such lovely service! Mez was also very funny and entertaining it was an overall great experience and Mez went out of his way to make sure we got all the products we needed and knew how to use them. Will be back to get help from Mez again soon.

Just had a horrific eyebrow experience at Benefit, walked across to Mecca and burst in tears. Maz immediately responded in best way possible and reassured me my overly waxed eyebrow can be saved. Took time to match me with the right product, applied and made sure I was comfortable. Thank you now to find a new eyebrow specialist!

I had my makeup done at Mecca Melbourne with Renz on the 7th of October 2022. He was absolutely lovely and even more so talented at what he does.

If there is any place and person to visit for skincare and beauty tips, it’s Salem at the Myer Mecca store! She is beyond amazing. Top tier customer service, friendly and super helpful. I first went in to find a routine for my sensitive skin. Salem listened to my wants and needs and put me on a full skincare routine that would suit my skin. She taught me of all the benefits the products had for my skin, and stayed within my budget for all the products I bought. One of the cleansers she had recommended to me has become my absolute holy grail and I’ve been through 3 tubs already since our initial chat! From the get go I could really see her passion for skincare and beauty and she is now my go to girl for any tips or new products I am looking at. Hormonal breakouts are a problem I of mine but my skin has genuinely never looked better. If you are ever wondering who to chat to when looking for skin care, you will not be disappointed when chatting to Salem!

Kate went above and beyond to serve me, even going to the back to find a product that I was after. Throughout the entire transition she genuinely friendly and personable, while also being very knowledgeable. Overall I would say she’s a total asset to this location.
