Mecca Maxima

Went to werribee Mecca to get Urban decay anti ageing eyeshadow primer. Kiara and Mary Angela offered me sample as product was unable. After that I asked them Nars foundation match they both ladies Kiara and Mary Angela was very helpful and humble. They provided me excellent customer service which I never received in Mecca before. Thanks Kiara and Mary Angela.

Purchased a few Tatcha products today. I have to say the customer service in Mecca Werribee is definitely the best in Vic. Wish they will stock the full range products like Byredo perfume, hand wash, hand lotion etc so I don’t always have to travel all the way to the city or high point where has the worst customer service.

Abby did my glam makeup for a Kinky Boots ball I had yesterday. I had such a wonderful experience at Mecca. I'd forgotten I was able to redeem $150 worth of products too!

Abby was amazing - both so talented and also just generally a lovely person. She made me feel at ease immediately, listened to what I wanted and helped me make decisions. She was so excited for me and clearly passionate- plus really attentive to the fact I had to fit a theme, but in my own way. I was a bit nervous so I am very grateful to her.

All the staff were incredible too, some were helping and making suggestions & some came over just to admire the amazing job Abby was doing & were so excited to hear about my event. It was just a beautiful atmosphere.

I had so many wonderful comments about my makeup, it made me feel amazing and I absolutely loved the entire experience. Thank you Abby & everyone

I came in tonight (5/05/22) at about 8pm and was greeted by an absolutely lovely employee and I had such a great experience I need to write about it!

I had come into find a new foundation as my current one is terrible (not from Mecca). I don’t usually do much makeup shopping so it’s pretty stressful for me.

Raquel (name on my receipt) was extremely helpful, listened to what I wanted and had a recommendation straight away. The store was pretty busy and I felt that she took her time making sure we found the best shade instead of rushing me along. She sent me home with two generous samples as I couldn’t decide which shade I liked the most which is so helpful to making the decision as the prices of foundation can be quite high!

I mean this in the nicest way possible, she was just STUNNING, down to earth and genuine. It’s been such a long time since I have encountered such AMAZING service, and this is the first time I have been so taken away by it and written a review about it. She is an absolute killer at her job and deserves a raise!

Thank you Raquel for looking after me tonight, I will definitely be returning to the Mecca Werribee store based off this experience ️

Great Service
The person helping me was very skilled and happy to try different foundations until I found the right one.
She even looked up my profile to ensure we didnt match with the same colour that no longer was matching my skin.

I had a makeup lesson at the Werribee store with Anisa and she was brilliant! Her product knowledge, willingness to share and eagerness to teach was great. This was my second lesson at the Werribee store and they were lovely both times! Would highly recommend:)

Walking into Mecca is an experience in itself. The staff are so helpful and friendly. I could spend hours in there.

One staff member was lovely, the rest rude and totally uninterested and I assume because I’m a boy. Totally disappointed in my time in this store.

Went to Mecca Pacific Werribee this morning for my beauty loop box. Met with Ashley the beauty advisor she know lots stuff I learn alot about retinol and how to solve my skin problem from her in our 10 minutes conversation thats great. Got few alternatives sample skincare from her and how to use it she recommended few skincare that i never know before and whats the function from it for my skin problem. This is really great experience for brick and mortar shopping things that I couldnt experience from online shopping. Thank you Ashley!

From the moment I've entered the store a was acknowledged and felt welcomed, All of the staff showed excellent customer service.
I was served by a staff member Anisa B and I was amazed by her exceptional customer service and product knowledge. Anisa took the time to explain and recommend what's the best brand and shade (foundation) for my skin type. I felt valued and not rushed. Keep up the excellent work Anisa

Mecca is a great store to go to - but the one in Werribee plaza seems to be out of the stock of the items I'm always searching for (including creams and facial products). I'm usually redirected to other stores.

This Mecca Maxima store is really nice and large and has really friendly staff. One worker named Alex was really friendly and helped us pick which items, she had good knowledge and a good sense of smell, and her customer service was the cherry on top. Her recommendations were great and smelt great. Keep doing what you do Alex. Management/ Recruitment, well done in hiring a superstar.

I had come into MECCA the other day and I was helped by Prunella. I had a lot of skin issues from acne to fine lines (I’m in my mid 30s). She took the time to explain each product she suggested and why. I believe Prunella is very knowledgeable about skin and so far, my skin has been at its best. Thank you MECCA for the wonderful customer service experience! I will be back for sure and hope to be helped by Prunella again!

Thank you Anisa for making my daughters (8 & 10) first Mecca experience one to remember Anisa was very welcoming, polite and helped with everything they asked for. Also thank you to the team for keeping it from start to end, y'all made our overall experience amazing, we'll be back for sure x

Today my mum and I went into Mecca to buy a couple of things, we were both looking for a new lip colour and asked Allita who took us under her wing and dolled us both up making us both feel like a million bucks. She showed us all these neat tricks to highlight our features without using black liner which is something with both use a lot of. Allita was heaps of fun as well great customer service skills. I’d definitely go back just for her and will definitely book with her to do my makeup next time I have a function ️

Most recent experience I had with Alicia she went through various makeup options with me. I've been avoiding buying new makeup as I find it overwhelming and difficult to find what compliments me. Alicia was very thorough and informative and made the experience easy. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable of their products.

I don’t normally write reviews but today Steph in Werribee was amazing! She took the time to help my daughter and I today and the service was beyond my expectations! Thank you so much Steph!
