Products are amazing and MOST employees are nice but there was this one blondie that worked there and refused to serve me because there was some one holding a GIANT swavoski bag with a gucci belt behind me and i was holding 150 dollars worth of products and she only bought 25 dollar thing

Really bad service. Unprofessional way of handling customers, when I asked an employee for help she was chatting with her boyfriend and ignored me. If this is the way you cater to your customers I am never coming back.

After having a difficult experience with another store I was able to speak with the manager, I think her name was Taylor. She was so helpful and provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Comments on the service I received last month:

1. Helen didn't inform me that the fake lash was NOT part of the makeup service, but will be deducted as part of the consumable products. If she told me, I wouldn't avail of the lashes. Only AFTER she put the lashes, she told me that it wasn't part of what I paid and asked me if I was happy. I told her I wasn't happy because even before going to the shop, I already knew which products I was getting. So, I advised her that in the future, it's best if she informs people. I wasn't shouting or making a scene, but someone with a headset asked HER, "are you ok? ". I was annoyed at this scenario - I'm the customer who was not given enough information and when I give her feedback, someone asks her if SHE is ok? Shouldn't this be the other way around and someone should ask me if I was ok? It was annoying! Anyway, I didn't comment anymore, but I thought I'd give this feedback. My friends and I were served by Abby, Helen and Yas. Out of these 3, only Abby informed that the fake lashes were NOT part of the makeup service.

2. This is my first time with makeup service in Mecca and it feels like Helen asks me what I want too much. I showed her a photo and told her that I want the smokey eyes. She put very light in the inner eyes and dark in the outer and they weren't blended - it was like pink and black, sitting side by side, but I didn't comment, coz surely, she should know how to blend. When I had makeup service in another store (not Mecca), their smokey eyes were well blended all throughout. In addition, with the other shop, I just tell them it's "glam" and they get it (they even did a nose contour for my tiny Asian nose).

3. Whenever Helen applied something, I asked her what it was and what was for. Not all the time, but many times. I felt like she got annoyed and told me that if I want to know which products and why, I should book a tutorial next time. I felt like I can't ask questions. Anyway, I understand that maybe she doesn't want to talk while working, so this is fine, I stopped asking.

I've emailed Mecca last month too and though someone tried to call me and even left a message to call back (which I did), I'm not sure what other action was taken, so, just putting these comments here as a warning for future clients and to make their service better.

Yas did mine and my friends make up this afternoon. We couldn’t be happier with our looks. Yas was so friendly and accomodating, she listened to what I wanted and created the exact look I had in mind
I will defiantly be visiting again to get my makeup done by Yas

My experience was great especially because of Mary-Angela. Not only did she recommend products but she shared her knowledge about what products would best suit me according to my skin tone etc. I don't know much about makeup in general but after her support I feel more confident to walk into places like this. Amazing service from Anisa today in your Werribee store she helped me with my makeup selection, she genuinely wanted to help and was not pushy at all. She made me feel so welcomed & loved how she complimented my skin. Thanks again Anisa!

Purchased an item and provided my beauty loop information to collect points so that there would be proof of my purchase. Employee who took my order did not log the item against my account the item has started leaking and is faulty needing a return. Mecca now claim there is no proof of purchase thanks to the employee not bothering to do their job. I've now been left with an item I can't return thanks to the lack of service and customer care. Attempted to call the mecca line and was hung up on. I shop at this store weekly and now they've just lost a customer

This store always has the most amazing customer service. Even on their busiest days, I am always greeted with such kindness. Today was no exception. Mary Angela was the definition of helpful, providing insight in to different products and taking the time to ensure I had everything I needed. Such a great experience!

I'm always very impressed when I shop here, which is really bad for my wallet because I enjoy going into this store so much I just want to keep spending my money here! The staff are very friendly and knowledgable, but not pushy, and never try to sell me the most expensive products, or try to get me to purchase extra things I don't need. The take the extra time to help me find anything I'm looking for, showing me alternative options as well. It's worth signing up to the membership as well, as today I got a little extra goodie bag which included some decent sized samples!
Also their click and collect service was super fast! I ordered some items online yesterday as they are not available in store, and they were ready for collection today, no extra charge! So if you are looking for something that is not in the store, head online, there's a lot more options, and arrange click and collect.
I love this shop, but my wallet does not!

This 1 star is for the disgusting service that my husband and I have been receiving in these past month and yesterday.
Terrible service to the point to pushed me out of the line (for not reason? I didn't have money to pay what it wasn't truth at all)
My husband wanted to buy a gift and they told him that they can't offer anything cuz he said around 75.00 Aud?
Mecca your products are good, but your workers are the most rude people in the world.

They’re always so busy which means long wait time which can b pretty annoying. The staff r so lovely and nice and extremely helpful and supportive. A lady stayed with me for a while until I found the perfect foundation and cream - I have a face condition so I can’t use just anything but the lady was lovely enough to stay and try find me one and she did! It matches perfectly and hides everything.

I would like to thank the young, lovely and professional manager of mecca maxima.who has helped me out of the way today.

I always love to get ready by mecca maxima makeup artist as I have tried multiple makeup artist in the area but no 1 is near to them.they love there work. I can see the passion in them when they are doing ur makeup.

It was a very important day for me I need timings adjustment, I requested lovely manager and she has obliged me.
