Mecca Cosmetica Toorak Road

Dropped in all the way from Adelaide after my trip to mornington penninsula that morning. I was after a colour match for the La Mer foundation. The lovely sales assistant did a wonderful job and was really helpful. By the end when i found my match i was going to purchase but they unfortunately didn't have my shade in stock. She spoke to her manager and they had both decided to offer me the tester free of charge as it hadn't been used much. The service at this store is amazing and they truly do go above and beyond to make the mecca experience comfortable and smooth.

It was so lovely to walk in your store a see a makeup artist of a similar age to my friend and I. You really need a more senior member of staff in all your stores. It's very hard to relate to such young makeup artists who don't truly understand your skin type or makeup needs. In saying that all members of staff in the store were lovely, friendly, accommodating and helpful. We had a lovely time in your store today! Thank you!

Stood around for agggessss without even being acknowledged by staff. There were others in the store but the girls working didn't even say hi as we awkardly waited and they walked back and forth past us. Went through the whole store while we waited until we finally found one of the makeup artists standing around so asked her for help. She was really lovely and helpful but overall a really frustrating trip that made us feel like we weren't welcome.

Beautiful store always have really friendly and lovely staff who are extremely helpful especially seeing how they are always busy. Everything always looks so beautifully polished From the breathtakingly stunning orchids cascading out from vases to the marble Benchtops I wish I could just move my bedroom in to the store

This is a lovely store layout in a great location. Good range of products and well displayed on shelves. Over the years the service has been hit and miss for me, so it's refreshing when you do come across a passionate staff member who invests time and advice with you. They are often busy so if you require make-up make sure to book well in advance.

This Toorak store has a dedicated NARS section, in addition to all the regular Mecca Cosmetica brands you know & love!

Really great customer service, will be back for sure and I definitely recommend going over there if you need advice on make up and skin care products.

This place is just heaven for any beauty junkie. Hold on tight to your purse strings when stepping through the threshold - you've been warned.

Rita was absolutely incredible, best customer service my mother and I have ever had. Not only did she take the time out to completely help my mum with a make up overload but she wasn't pressuring or pushy. We were in there for over 2 hours and I would honestly travel to this store on just to be served by her again! Honestly amazing and couldn't be happier.

Walked in during my lunch break (and bad day). Was made up beautifully and not pushed to buy everything used on me which was such a wonderful experience.
I will be doing all of my make up purchases from here now on

The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and more than helpful. The ladies in the office love going in there to be pampered! We would highly recommend Mecca for anyone looking for professional guidance on anything from skincare to makeup.

Really love this Mecca, and have made some really great choices whilst shopping here. The staff are really helpful, and there have been two occasions where they've gone above and beyond for me.
