Mecca Cosmetica Toorak Road

So impressed with the service I received today. I wasn't able to bring in my little dog (fair enough; I'm just too scared to leave her outside!), however the lovely customer service person helped me purchase what I needed from the front door. Thank you:)

Every time I’ve been in here everyone has been fantastic and welcoming and super helpful. I was able to use my beauty loop free makeup session before my Christmas party for work (which was a miracle considering how late I was looking to book, cause these appointments book out quick). The absolutely gorgeous Sarah (sorry if I’ve ruined the spelling!) did my makeup for me that day and she was the nicest, most helpful, easiest to talk to, and most incredibly skilled MUA I’ve been lucky enough to have do my makeup. I got so many compliments and felt so great leaving the appointment. It was an absolute joy to be able to come in hot with stress and too much energy and leave feeling calm and together.

I disliked that I was unable to try any products (unlike at Mecca in Melbourne Central), and they had far less products in store

Went in for a last minute birthday gift for my sister got served by a really nice and welcoming lady. Great service!

The staff were so welcoming and Jeanie's knowledge of the male fragrances was superb. Thoroughly recommend for a great range of top shelf products.

Phoebe is amazing. She has passion and genuinely loves her job - and she is amazing at it! She matched my foundation perfectly. Spent time (very patiently) helping me find the perfect nude lipstick for my skin tone.
I will be back to get her to match me when I am tanned/fake tanned and also to find the perfect red lipstick.

I could not be happier with the service I have received from Mecca Toorak Rd. Usually I am in a hurry and the Staff are always so helpful bringing my gift ideas to life - plus such a gorgeous range in store to suit all budgets. Recently in particular though I required some new make-up, Phoebe helped me over the phone for a Call & Collect and she was so patient with my questions and really helped with my decisions. The overall experience was very positive.
I look forward to when we can visit in-store again soon.

I had my Makeup applied by the gorgeous Bree a few weeks ago for a special event. Bree is such an asset to the Mecca Toorak store, she is vert talented and very much up to date with her product knowledge. I walked out feeling wonderful and really enjoyed the hour I got to spend with her. Ask for Bree!

Such a fabulous team of MUA’s / staff here. It’s not my closest store but it is my go-to store. Every single staff member has been extremely knowledgeable, patient and able to understand what I am looking for an need better than I do and completely respect my budget no matter whether it’s treat time or savings time. Thank you everyone, keep up the great work!

Premium Mecca to visit. So many wonderful stands and people to help you. Plus the full time Nars artists is a bonus.

I used shopping for nearly all my makeup, perfume etc because the staff were friendly. Now I don't even want to shop there anymore, because of the staff there are arrogant. Protending didn't see me. Then I just left the shop purchase LP from the pharmacy. There are many shops and wonderful products.

Bought a gift certificate, so can only comment on the service which was lacking. A friendly smile wouldn't hurt. I do buy products from other Mecca stores and they're usually great

Love the variety of products stocked here. The girls are wonderful and helpful however it does get very busy and short staffed at times

One of the large chain brand for various well know cosmetics. They have any option to choose from. Preferabl for ladis.

For a cosmetica, the store layout is easy to navigate and the staff are extremely knowledgable which is sometimes hard to come by.

Had the best experience here over any other Mecca Cosmetic store. Attentive staff including a perfume specialist

Very busy shop with a lot of friendly staff to help out when needed. There are also a lot of high chair and a sofa to rest while browsing for your cosmetics.
