McGrath St Kilda

I rented through McGrath St. Kilda for nearly 5 years, never had a problem always received a very helpful & friendly service. Recently I decided to move over seas and my Property Manager Kirtsy Smith was ever so helpful and did everything she could to make the process as easy as possible! Would highly recommend these guys.

Kirsty Smith was my property manager and I can only speak of the positives in dealing with her and the team at McGrath. Very quick in responding to any issues with maintenance and the general. Courteous and always kept me in the loop about things.

I was dealing with Shar while leasing a property. Very friendly and helpful.smooth communication with quick reply through email and over the phone. We Could sign all documents either electronically of manually and then scan and send which made it very easy, not having to go actually go to the office for anything other than picking up keys.overall great process, would definitely use again and recommend.
