I had rented property from McGrath and adding this review comment to share my experience. Property rented was in neat condition. Utility maintenance contacts shared by McGrath is also very efficient.
Due to Covid19 situation, I had to move back to India. In that tough time, McGrath agent was very considerate and helpful. I will give full marks for their property as well as relationship maintenance. I will recommend McGrath if you are looking for Good Property with smooth processing & supportive agent. Most terrible real estate ever.

The water leaking problem broke out in Apr. Even though my roommate and I reported it immediately, they fixed the pipes in the middle of May. Not only that, they have duty to restore the property in 14days after fixing the pipes, We are still living with the destroyed wall, the damaged carpet and the damaged door frame so I cannot close the door of the kitchen and the bathroom. They covered the wall with box, plastic.
They just got rid of mould under the carpet last Saturday, on 6th of June (we had to live in the mouldy unit after middle of June), but they did not inform me and my roommate of any schedule. That is why we had to stay at the unit with poisonous bleach smell for a few days. (FYI, the carpet has not been restored yet.)
Moreover, one of the property managers sent me email saying "informing the tenant of the schedule about restoring the unit is not his job. "

Long story short, if I could go back to the past, I would never choose McGrath.

My partner and I leased a property with the lovely Dior, she has been amazing from start to finish. We had to break our lease half way through and she has been so helpful and efficient advising us of all options and costs. Definitely one of the best real estate agents I have come across in Australia. I would recommend McGrath St Kilda and especially Dior. Thanks for everything

I was very happy to find Nicole Prime. I loved her style & energy. I chose her over another agent recommended to me, because she 1. Gave me a realistic price range on my property and 2. Her fees are reasonable. I like her energy and sincerity and I figured, so would the buyers.

Last year I was interested in purchasing an apartment and although I missed out at auction I must say the experience was trouble free. Worse than you could imagine, when I got a leak in the apartment they gave up trying to fix it because I was moving out in two months, so I lived with the leak and a molding carpet for 2 months. If I could give 0 i'd give 0 stars. My advice is run away. Don't get fooled by those fake 5 star reviews, if they are real their stock price won't be constantly dropping.

We had a great response and had it rented quickly and effortlessly.
