We dealt with Damian Brumby for leasing a property in St Kilda. Damian’s communication from the get go with our application was great, he answered any questions we had straight away, and kept us updated with the date we could move in with, he actually helped us get in a little sooner which was amazing. For any issues with the property which was only minor little things he arranged a handyman to fix asap, it’s a shame we had to move for work otherwise without a doubt would of kept going with our lease, I’ve dealt with some frustrating estate agents in the past but Damien and the team at McGrath are some of the good ones still out there!

As an owner putting my apartment up for lease for the first time I thought it would be a difficult process, this was not the case. The marketing strategy was fantastic. My apartment was listed online less than a week, had multiple applicants from first inspection and settled on a tenant who moved in on the earliest date offered. Since I am in Australia Denis Allen is my agent. (3 years). He is, by far, the best agent I have ever worked with and I’ve worked with several in many different countries. Very responsive and solution oriented, each time I need his support he’s always there. But more important then anything for us, he is always showing up a good and positive attitude.

Valerie Stamp is extremely unprofessional, condescending, and downright immature. She refused to allow a lease transfer and tried to attach an unreasonable fee to it, whilst impersonating someone who no longer works at the agency.
Steer well clear if you want a property manager who actually respects you and your rights
