McDonald's Yallambie

Worst customer service.burgers were extremely oily and a long hair in one.tye shift superviser claimed to be the manager who has no respect and an massive attitude problem, was not apologetic at all and continued to give attitude through the entire process. Refunded 19.60 when we paid 21.10.first time at this maccas and will not be going back!

Since moving this has become our local and it's a 10% chance they get it right. It's either cold, sloppily put together or wrong. I don't recommend this place. Go further out if you have to. This will disappoint you more often then not

Hotcakes so hard and dry that only the very centres were edible. Thought it must have been a one off issue but even worse next time I bought them. Coffee tasted bitter.

If you like your macas fresh go to yallambie the mc donalds everywhere else should look to this restraunt as an example how things should run to produce to the customer descent food from the menu as it should be.

I go for breakfast one a week and the food is always cold which sucks. The hash browns seem to sit for a long time before being served. I have asked for new food each time I have been there. It's at the point where I check my order before leaving now

Very good restaurant, clean well maintained facilities. There are 2 playgrounds for the kids, which is always a plus.

Says OPEN 24 hours. But only drive through from midnight until 530am.
Worse still, The Ice Cream/softserve/milkshake machine is ALWAYS getting cleaned from 1-5am so no late night Ice Cream here.

It is pity that people expect 5 star high end restaurant experience while going to these places. You get the service for what you pay for and sometimes based on your attitude. The service is quite good and the food is well just like all the other Maccas. Sometimes in the night they have their ice cream machine services. So that is bit disappointing. But I don't want to blame them either as anyhow they have to maintain them and cause at night there are less customers they maybe opting for that. After all it is a good place

Got a big mac meal here and the service was good, food was freshly cooked and place was clean. Very nice

A normal McDonalds except for the children's play area where there is a persistent stale odor which makes it most unpleasant. Easy to fix, run the aircon in there for an hour a day or open a window. We have frequently complained about it but nothing is ever done about it.

Do Not order at this MC they always Missing Food and Not telling you charge more Money Than u need to pay for.bad attitude! Do.not order it through UBEREATS! They never compensate! Coffee spilt All over! Everytime! Food is.cold!

The staff member screaming racial slurs at me as I walked out was a bit much but overall good service and good food, 5/5

Chips always underpacked, and thrown on top of my hotcakes and fell all through them! Commen sense seems far and few between! Otherwise good location

Wouldnt come back here again if you paid me. Not only was order wrong but their service was horrible.

This might be the most adequate McDonalds I've ever been in. Clean, prompt & friendly service, non-oppressive ambience. My preferred vendor of McNuggets.

Your typical Maccas. Staff are courteous and helpful. Areas are kept clean and a good play area for the kids (whilst you have a coffee in peace).

Want half of what you paid for? Look no further! There is nothing better then working all day and coming home late at night just to open your bag of McDonald magic to find that delicious triple cheeseburger is simply a single cheeseburger? Along with the chicken and cheese you ordered, they both seem to have been sitting around for a while cause workers can't be arsed making the 10 orders an hour TO ORDER! 5/5

Maccas breakfast menu is even better. Loved the brekie burger! Having crew members bringing meals to tables is brilliant, I hope all maccas do it as good as Yallambie.

Update 20 Jul 18. Still one of the best maccas in melb metro. Staff are great, efficient and friendly. Food is always good.
