McDonald's Yallambie reviews
67I purchased coffee at the Drive Thru on Boxing Day. I have never has such poor quality coffee in my life. I was extremely disappointed.
Great location. The view up there is next to nothing. Have a quick bite with Million dollar view. Happy Dancing Girls staff made my day thanks for being polite and cheerful
Great all round service, fast and more importantly efficient and helpful staff who not only got my order right were dealing with about 20 other customers instore as well as the drive through. I was very impressed with the team leader who knew who was where and kept the team focused on their respective tasks. (organised KAOS at its best)
Unfortunately this is the closest Macca's to us, for years we have had poor service, smaller packets of chips that are old and over cooked, missed items from our order sooo many times. We only ever (rarely) go because of convenience but really wish they'd lift their game.
Rude staff! Out of toys always! Food over cooked some times! Drink big less than others! That's not really a 'business '
I’m super disappointed to see this sort of behavior when people donate to charity. So sorry for you loss hope you get your socks soon
Ordered some food and 4 pairs of Grimace Silly Socks. I was quite upset when the food arrived with no socks. My friend needed socks as it was quite cold. He walked home crying and I haven’t heard from him since. I’m not upset I’m just disappointed: (
UPDATE: I have completely lost faith in Yallambie McDonalds. Not only have they once again forgotten the silly socks, we didn’t even get any straws AND no sweet and sour sauce. How am I supposed to enjoy my nuggets. Strike 2
Maccas, what can I say. Hmmm, well the staff here are great. Haven't had any issues to date. The food - it's maccas, as long as it arrives fresh and hot then what more could I possibly have to say about the eating experience.my one big gripe, the wait. It's excruciating!
A place where dreams are made, friends are forged and where, for once, the ice cream machine is always working. Some of my best years were spent here, among friends. 10/10
Had to drive 5 minutes to the store and the order was not ready on arrival. I waited 5 more minutes and yet there was no sign of the order being prepared - the staff seemed to be too busy serving other customers ignoring my customer. It is unfortunate that my customer is going to wait longer as I had to cancel the delivery due to the poor service!
Good McDonald's. Quick service. Taking away 1 star because last few times I visited, there were patrons inside without masks and the staff did not say anything. No one was checking in either. Plus, some staff members had their masks in chin diaper mode.
Went inside to order as they hardly ever get the order correct through drive through.
They assured me everything was correct when passing it over the counter.
Got home and theres a large chips missing, burger and a sauce.
If you can’t get an order correct at Maccas, what hope do you have in the future of furthering your employment anywhere else!
The Y & Z Gens are such duds!
Ham & Cheese toastie not even wrapped up - just thrown loose into a small takeaway bag. A soggy, greasy mess. (Drive-thru)
One of the better ones but last time I went she really stuffed up my order I said 10 chicken nugget meal (with cajin sauce), but received just six chicken nuggets?
Slowest drive thru ever. Half filled large chips, 9 nuggets in a 10 pack box and luke warm coffee. Absolutely disgraceful
Way to slow in the mornings they dont have enough staff to cope with drive thru. I now use a differnt maccas on the way to work
This location is "Hit and Miss". Sometimes the order is right and other times (for example) the sauces we ordered and paid for, are not in the bag when we specifically ask the staff to confirm this before driving off, or the fries are cold or half full. Tonight I ordered a medium chocolate thick-shake. It was overfilled and went all over my car console and it had literally no chocolate flavoring in it. As I loathe the taste of Vanilla, I had to throw it out! It's convenient location keeps us going there in the hope they will be more consistent! But I am sick of wasting my money there so when my kids are older, I will never go to Maccas myself!
Undoubtedly the cleanest Macdonald’s I have ever visited, and great staff with customer focus. The Coronavirus restrictions meant that there were only a few tables free, but we still had somewhere to sit and the table was fairly clean. The fries were hot and delicious, although the crispy chicken burger was a bit dry, but that is my only criticism. A nice spot to grab a bite to eat.
I’ve struggled for months to actually receive what Ive ordered. Never get it right. Always missing items, or food is cold.
My egg and bacon mcmuffin this morning was quite the surprise! Every single day I get one I find bits of eggshell, but today was different, instead I found a pube which I guess was alright because you need variety in your life.
My main qualm with this establishment is that when my mother slipped over in the toilets none of the staff came to her assistance as they said they had to "maintain social distancing. " So I had to pick up my mother all by myself and I threw out my back in the process which is going to cost upwards of $3000 in doctor and physio bills and Mcdonalds refuse to compensate or assist at all in the bills even though it occurred due to gross customer service negligence. I remember when I worked at maccas when I was younger and I used to have to lift people from the ground constantly, it was like an unwritten company policy- pick up customers when they're down, especially when they're down in the toilets. Very disappointing.
