McDonald's Yallambie

Really loved the service at late night, even though there were 5 cars ahead of me the manager handled it so well and was incredibly polite. My food was hot and fresh. That manager (Indian guy) don’t remember his name really deserves an appraisal.

They don’t even talk to deliver driver when asked if food was ready one of the person at front just look at me left without even taking come on need to go back to training how to talk

Food small serves and not very warm. The drive through queue set-up sucks if you're in the right hand lane, the microphone is too far forward.

It’s a long running joke in the family that Yallambie NEVER get the order correct. Every time we go there someone has to sacrifice their burger. I think the extra 10 minutes to take to go to Eltham is worth it, particularly now that the staff seem to be getting ruder each trip.

We were just there. Served by someone I think was called isobelle, she was on drive through taking order, was so helpful, went to great lengths to accommodate complex order. Merry Christmas in advance.

Have noticed a rise in Indian workers in this store and also a rise in rudeness and drive thru wait times. Coffee seems to always be warm at best. Older Indian female on drive thru should be fired Immediately for her disgusting attitude.

Honestly, so disappointed.came over at 12: 30am and the manager was rude and gave so much attitude and refused to serve us despite us being hungry.we ordered for pickup, money went out of the bank account and yet they still wouldn’t give us the order.

More people behind the counter than out on the floor front and orders were delayed and incorrect.

Disappointing that one of the guys working swore at the other workers in-front of a bunch of school children. He’s still telling at them as I type this!

The branch website said open 24 hours and when we got there, service was only available for drive through orders only. We did not have a car. We tried ordering for pickup and the Mymacca’s app allowed us to order for pickup in store and when we went up to the drive through speaker to ask for our pickup order we couldn’t get it, even though the payment went through. We eventually managed to get a car and when we went to drive through to pick up our order the manager said that the order was waiting on the counter for pickup in store even though in store was “closed”. And when initially going to the drive through the manager didn’t explain that we had to come in store to pick it up. Genuinely think we were getting looked down on because we were a bunch of teenage girls.do better.

I've been charged twice for one lot of food, got told my card didn't work, so had to use another then I find I'm charged twice

Third time drive through staff says system upgrade issue wait till 30 minutes not good to go night time said to g of fuel and mode

Ordered a Chicken Salad, after handing me the order, they told me that they don't have any Cutlery, and had run out! The manager offered me a spoon to eat it with! Seriously clueless! She didn't even know what a Store Transfer was - to get stock from another store!

Stopped in for lunch, not one table occupied but none of them wiped down. Happening too often, it's lazy and it's gross.

Service with a smile was what I got, and reminded myself why the Mighty Angus was one of my favs.

At night 1am, store was closed for drive through and in store but there is one man inside the store. He was cleaning the stuff but still all lights were on. Weird

At first, they served me somewhat warm old chips/ fries, so I had to ask for fresh ones. When I went up to ask for new chips, I noticed that they had about 5 medium fries and 5 small fries under the lights that looked like they had been sitting there for some time; hence the original ones they gave me being barely warm and old. Then after that, I went to open my burger packet and saw they had given me the wrong burger.

There were lots of kids working in the place, which probably explains why they made mistakes.

Terrible service
Was left sitting in the drive through for 15 min whilst they kept serving in the other lane
Also had to ask three times before receiving the correct sauce.

Yallambie use to be the best maccas around. The last 4 years or so has gone really down hill 8n all aspects. Very disappointing.

Lived most of my life in Europe and i can tell that mcdonald’s food overseas tastes much better and the menu is much bigger.but filet o fish was delicious though
