Food was fast but chips were average, hamburger was half crusty (guessing it was microwaved) and service was average

Average service, staff had to be asked what the next step was after paying.poor customer service & training?

Good service. Stayed here a while waiting for a friend who was arriving on an international flight. Only 5 min from the airport.

Asked for coffee and was told to take a seat with a number after payment, they informed me that would bring the coffee to the table. 10-15 mins later the staff informed me that the restaurant was closing in 10 mins. Still no coffee, I asked the staff why I had not received the drink, only to find it was sitting all that time on the counter. In addition, my number did not come up on the screen. Poor effort McDonald's.

Im a local person to this maccas and let me tell you- they must be severely understaffed. I'm always put into the waiting bay, whether I'm getting a coffee or a full family meal. Food isn't the best quality either compared to other maccas restaurants.

Open 24 hours? Went to drive through at 1: 50am and the drive thru was blocked off, when I called (4 times before I got an answer) and asked what was going on I was told that they had made the decision to close for a couple of hours because they were short staffed. Considering I went out of my way to find a 24 hour restaurant I’m really not happy.

Good food obviously.but they frequently stuff my order up and give me something I didn't order. The order was massive though so I took it anyway (;

Drive through ordered big mac and cheeseburger meals and specifically asked for fresh fries.
When at the window to pick up my meal the worker there pushes the straws into the drinks with his hands and then with his fingers pushed tips in more. Do they not get taught hygene and not to touch tips of the straws with their fingers. I asked for 2 new straws and he looked at me funny. When i got my meals there was no salt on the chips and burgers were stale. Never again will i go there

This is the 3th time they messed up my order. They gave me the wrong cheesecakes. The cakes they did give tasted like milk thats over date. The ice chocolate was 10 times stronger then it should be, it tasted like chocolate sauce straight out of a bottle; undrinkable. I go to this mc donalds because it's nearby. And everytime they screw my order up. I will never come back to this one!
