McDonald's Tullamarine

Started eating my mcflury with the new wooden spoons, thought this tastes funny. Snapped a tree branch off the tree outside and resumed eating my icecream. This tasted better even before i wiped the bird sh! T off it.

The food was a fine but the self ordering service didn't have printer paper so i didn't know my order number. Also they really should place napkins where people can get them without having to go back to the counter.

My burger was missing + straw and when I got back to explain they denied it! Unbelievable staff here and liars

Great staff, very good.food on time especially been 11: 00 pm at night, very friendly staff.very helpful.great work guys.

You will be surprised by how busy this place is. However the best part is that customer service is always top notch. The staff here are very polite and professional. Its a pit stop for all, tradies, locals, taxi/uber drivers and working class people.
The food is always fresh and hot.
The place is always clean.
Drive thru is always busy but still very quick turnaround.
Highly recommended!

Coercion to use self serve kiosk when I needed to get some cash out, wasted my time. Management needs to ensure customers are asked there preference. Staff were friendly.

Please make sure the self service machine could print out the recipes. It is frustrating after you paid your order and there was no recipes printed.

This place is a joke first screw our order up waiting on 3 cold drinks for 15 mins in a 34 deg day well done

Been there 3 times in the last week.and 3 out of 3.you guys got my order wrong.or left things out of the order. I dont know how hard it is to get the order right.and the burgers look like they have been put together by a 2yr old.sometimes it's good.sometimes it's a disaster. I have mixed feelings about thos place

My fries were cold and I was given someone else's sandwich. I ordered an angus burger and was given a grilled chicken sandwich.

This is one busy place and the workers keep everyone happy with they're quick work and cooking.enjoyable if you can get somewhere to sit

The only way you can order your meal is via the self serve touch screen, no more customer service.costing young people jobs. Bad move Maccas. Looks like the burgers may be better at Hungry Jacks.

Ordered to dine in waited 15 minutes went to the counter and it was sitting on the counter they didnt bring it to my table even though they gave me a number and told me they would bring it out, they did make my food fresh when I complained

Good for drive through but nearly impossible to get a parking spot since a lot of ppl just park to wait for pickup at airport.

They obviously were not following McDonald's recipe. The fries were overcooked and in old oil.

They we free so disgusting that I had to return them and ask for a better set. They were not that good either.

Rule here is don't buy McDonalds fries in the breakfast time for wrong temperature in oil.

There's no registers. You order via their self serve machines. Strange to deal with at first but there you go.

Wow.very efficient.never seen anything like this before.its amazing.the drive through has two lanes both so long they are on the side road.dont fret.the drive through is so quick its unbeivable.thankyou

What can you say about drive thru?
Could get a coffee though "machine broken" yet people leaving with barista made coffees

Good local Mcdonald and great to see they employ students from local school! Service.omg been in and out of this for more then 20 years.still love it!

This Macdonald has removed basic customer service. No choice to be served at the counter. Disgraceful move to save money on wages. I am appalled. To add insult to injury hot cakes were rock hard.
