Food is ok but we always have to wait almost 10 min for food on some occasions. Drivethrough is painfully slow.

Clean, spacious, modern. Children play area. Lots of kiosks to order from. Large carpark. Helpful staff - I had difficulties claiming the app special item and the staff helped me with that.

The WORST Macca's drive-thru in Melbourne! So rude, never get order correct, always forget straws and get annoyed when you ask for them.

Ordered a couple of times via Uber eats. Multiple times items where missing or wrong. Products spilled in the bag. It’s keeps happening….

Go drive through they say! It’s convenient they say! Come back to the officer ready to munch down on lunch and they’ve screwed my simple meal.deal order. How hard is it to get two simple meals deals organised. Seriously. It’s not rocket science.

There approx 1.30pm this arvo. Went into store to order, rather than the busy drive through. We ordered & took our food to park within 2 mins. Burgers & chips only just warm. Cold drinks ok. A wasted $28. Terrible food & will never vist store again. A big thumbs down.

Refurbished premises. Bit the new conveyor belt service took ages for me to get my order. Go back to the old system please.

When you order a latte full cream milk and get a soy Capp - a bit more attention to customer service needed at the location.

Very clean high sufficient store. Even the toilets were surprisingly clean which does not happen very often in a McDonald's store!

One of the cleanest McDonald's I have ever entered. Service was quick and efficient considering how busy they were. Plenty of self serve menu stations. The decor looks great and the atmosphere feels very safe especially with kids.

Only stopped for a coffee and it was of good quality. Mild criticism for the use of one person at the counter serving. Took 10 minutes to get ordertaken. Otherwise, very clean and friendly staff

Very clean with a great play area for the kids. My only gripe is that I didn't get any butter or napkins with my hotcskes

Brand new, and very well furnished. Never seen leather lounge chairs in Macca's before!

The play area is big, with a security camera and a large tv monitor in the eating area so parents can keep an eye on kids while inside the restaurant.

Layout is fabulous, the cafe section has the appearance of a bar.

Well done Macca's!

Bye-bye Mcdonald. I ordered new menu. It’s really small and the procedure is too slow. The bring me wrong product and floor&tables were too dirty. I don’t want to come back.

They ran out of onion rings and didn't have chocolate soft serve and their chips were under cooked and soggy.

I ordered a double bacon double cheese McMuffin but received double egg double cheese and no bacon little disappointing but no big deal, waiting time was a while and pricing was a little high but nothing too bad at least the food was hot.

I've been coming to this McDonald's for years and I'll continue coming here for many to come. Sometimes the wait is too much, but they've consistently delivered excellent food and coffee.

Super fast service for a busy night in drive through, way faster than any other Macca's I've been to.
