McDonald's Sydenham

It's a MacDonald's. For me, a place you go when there's nowhere else to go and you're desperate for something to eat

Service was great, ordered on screen and meal delivered to table. Workers constantly clearing and wiping tables.

The service is extremely bad going through the drive thru, no matter what you order, they make you park and wait. Everytime this occurs, they get the orders wrong or it's missing items and you either have to get out of the car or go back thru the drive thru again. This is now the fifth time it's happened and today I gave management some much needed feed back.

Good service. Perhaps need a little more care when making hamburgers so that they don't fall all over the place. Clean. Staff very helpful.

Waited 10 minutes to be served and then another 20 minutes for my food and if I didn't go ask for it probably still be waiting.

Always the worst McDonald, always make you park, stuffed up my order again. Will drive 10 min out of my way to avoid.

This has to be the worst McDonald's in Melbourne if not Australia. Bad service. No care about the presentation of their burgers and overall has never ever been any good.

I must say I was impressed by the service by the staff. Exceptionally good and something which I never experienced before at any Maccas. I had coffee and a wrap there. I told the staff regarding the service. They were very curtious.

The one and only feed you can get at 3am. Also because it's 3am, the food is generally fresh af.
Don't expect 5 star dining at any other hour. If you do expect 5 star then mate, you're in the wrong suburb and also the wrong restaurant. It's fast food for a reason.

Its the same McDonald's always nice to eat but this new self service it the worst ever for the alder people like me & my wife i told my wife from now on its going to be brive through or some other fast food

I had a coffee here and the chic gave me the wrong size, so she filled up in a tall cup and filled it up full of milk and i felt so sick after it

Employee of Asian ethnicity female, gave me dirty greases as i left the restaurant with my hamburger without beef. Made the overall quality of the burger taste atrocious.

Always great service, just need to get more efficient staff as to not be parking cars all the time. Will eventually see a decline in sales if this continues.

Regularly make mistakes on orders and never answer the stores phone when trying to call to get it rectified. Would recommend that you drive the extra couple of minutes and go to a different McDonalds!

I got a bottle of water at the drive thru. The staff member taking my order was laughing. I was laughed at when paying and then laughed at when grabbing my water. Thanks.

R u guys kidding,? Is any owner for this place.very very bad customerservice, one of them want to fight with me because I asked him why my food late after 20 min waiting in my car.food is cold, I didn't eat the chips but it in rubbish.

Probably one of the worst McDonald I have been to. Nearly always something wrong with order. They have stuffed up their coke mix on more than one occasion!

For a McDonald's they are pretty good and mostly consistent with their coffee quality, only a couple of times where the coffee was not very good, but they were understanding and remade it.

They r too bad in service, they dont listen wht customer ordered. They neglect the quality of food. They give over toasted banana bread like stone. I m so unhappy with their service

WHY WOULD YOU MAKE SHARED FRIES NOW MY BROTHERS JUST TAKE ALL OF THEM AND BE LIKE "ITS A SHARED BOX ITS FOR EVERYONE" SO I GET THE SMALLER BRUGER AND LESS FRIRENS UNEXCEPYTABLE CHANGE THAT BACK OR IM QUITTING
