McDonald's Sydenham

Went through the drive through today and although it's frustrating with fast food always being asked to go to the waiting bay no matter how small or large your order is, the meal I got today tasted fresh. It's always a gamble with fast food, but tasted great today, nothing missing and assembled good.

Went through drive through today and the customer service is ridiculous, workers won’t let you finish when you try to order your whole meal. Maybe they should consider not talking so fast next time! Thanks

Called and the guy that answered the phone couldn’t give a stuff!

I mean, the food is messy but the service in doors is fast, drive thru is always slow. Went in once and one of the workers insulted my facial appearance, asked for the manager but was rejected, workers looked very young and ended up swearing at each other.very disappointed.

It's Mother's Day today so we thought since the beginning of covid-19 we haven't had McDonalds in awhile we would take family to have breakfast.
Big mistake! N ruin our Mother's day breakfast. Who likes to drive back and forth? Workers need to pay more attention to what they are doing! It is very annoying when it keeps happening!

Seriously the worst McDonalds in the area. I would rather drive 15 minutes up the road to get my order than use this one. Just spoke to the manager who tried to use social distancing as an excuse. No mate, it was rubbish before that and nothing’s changed. 25 minutes waiting for a coffee. Give me a spell. Like I said I’d rather drive to the McDonald’s on the Calder freeway where I know I’m gonna get fantastic service every time

This is the quality you get through drive thru at peak hour.
I thought I would try the new spicy Mc Chicken burger meal. What I received was cold fries, and a messy made burger. Couldn't simply add the sauce in the burger instead it's all over the packaging.

They are usually perfect at getting meals right but lately I've been asked to park in the waiting bay and they have also got my meal wrong a few times now and I refused a milkshake from the manager. I tried to order a coffee deluxe shake with chocolate basically a mocha shake but they don't make them in shakes only frappes, I was told by the girl taking the order that the Manager said we can't do it, I asked why as I had ordered this through other stores and they had no problem in attempting this which tasted so nice but the girl said she just said we can't do it and won't do it, when j git to the window I explained more about the other stores making it and she radioed her manager who still said no, I asked if I could speak to her and she said yes she will be at the next window, when i got to the next window the manager was standing about 2 meters away telling the girl we don't know how to make them but the girl came to the window and asked me what it was I was wanting exactly and said no worries can you pay for that now and I did and I was asked to park while they made the shake.
I hope the staff member did not get in trouble for going against her manager but she made a customer more than happy, which I passed that onto the store manager after I got the shake, as it was just as good as the others and I thought she should know that she could of lost a customer over something so simple

Uredan i čist, a posebno je lijep poseban odjeljak za dječju igru, s velikim toboganom i odjeljcima za penjanje. Sigurno i ograđeno, te odvojeno, tako da djeca mogu galamiti, a da ne smetaju ostalim gostima.
Very good McDonald's.
It's neat and clean, and it's a really nice special children's play section, with a large slide and climbing sections. Safe and fenced and separate so children can roam without disturbing other guests.

Probably the best maccas in the area. Staff are friendly, food doesn't take too long - even if they're packed. I drive further to get to this maccas rather than the Caroline Springs one which is closer, just because these guys won't stuff your order up and won't take forever to serve it.

Every time I come to this McDonalds I don’t get the correct food! I was there 15 minutes ago and and I told them I was missing a burger and then continued to tell me it was in the bottom of the bag. It was not! So I believed them and now I’m home with one less burger I paid for!

Nice service. The place wasn't the cleanest though had to clear out own table before sitting. Children's play are was very unhygienec and dirty.

Last 10 times been through drive through they've gotten it right maybe 3/10 times.
Always told to park along with multiple cars and then staff get even more confused with which order belongs to who

$4: 15 for a small latte (most expensive around the area) coffee cold and burnt bitter.if you decide to sell coffee for top dollars at lease sell drinkable coffee I drank 2 sips out of the cup rest I had to throw this morning at 9: 20 am terrible for coffee.

Not recommended for coffees here.

Not once have I come and ordered and not waited. Coffees always served warm not hot as I keep mentioning. Food is dry. They keep making me wait, then after 5 minutes of waiting they decide to tell me coffee machine not working.

Pretty sure employees and managers are not suppose to be texting and running their hands through their hair and then serving food.

Please check your orders in the bag, they don't give you everything you ordered and instead of saying sorry they will blame you for not checking it.

Indoor play area.table service available.would have given a 5 star but for my lukewarm coffee. My grand daughter stated that it was the.best! Staff friendly & helpful.

Excellent place especially for service by lady called Tayla who now served me 3 times
Except need to check their tolits cleanliness more often
