Really disappointed with the wrap. It looks like they didn’t even warm it up properly. It looks disgusting. The coke was almost half empty.

Very poor service, everytime I go there, my orders messed up.manager was rude when we asked for fresh food also didn't give us the right order. Workers also seem lazy and are so slack wit service. This whole store should just get shut down.

I had an amazing experience there, the food was incredible and it was so fast and fresh and the guy who served me was so nice about it and gave me a smile that made my world, should give that man a raise

I rarely eat mcdonalds, but this is the only store I like. The drive thru staff are always friendly, especially the ones on during dinner time. Food is always fresh, too.

It has always been a pleasure coming to this McDonald's. Friendly staff, food is always fresh, and coffee is almost always perfect!

This is the worst McDonald’s every time i order from here there is always things missing from my burger’s, or the burger is burned, the fries is always cold and soggy, i ordered through uber eats and i had burger missing or fries missing, and if you try and tell them that, they give you attitude about it, they should try and eat that food themselves, very disappointed as I always go to this McDonald’s but no more, they need to get reported

So, I ordered two large salted caramel frappes and one large caramel sundae. I got given two large COFFEE frappes instead. The only reason I gave this a one star was because they at least got the one large caramel sundae right

Really nice and quick service. Food was good and there was a cute picture drawn on my coffee and it made me happy.

Have been to this Macca’s on various occasions and it’s hands down the worse in Victoria.

Good luck trying to go through drive through between 1am-5am there systems are always “down”, pseudo-24/7 establishment.

Various times we’ve ordered on the app which we are later told are not available and was even instructed once to go through their drive-through 3 times because they’ve stuffed up an order. Avoid at all costs, Caroline Springs is a bit better.

After getting a horrible coffee at the Taylor's Lakes McDonalds on the cnr of Sunshine Av, I went to my regular McDonalds at Hillside, much better, I told them what had happened, and they even asked me to taste the new coffee to ensure it was right and were kind enough to ask about the situation, that's service.

Worst McDonald’s make you wait every time you order couldn’t organise themselves out a paper bag if their lives depended on it

Came to Maccas tonight to grab dinner and having to then park as the drive thru was packed. Went inside and ordered, Levi was so kind despite the rush and the chaos he made my drink and asked if I was waiting for anything else and completed the rest of my order, I knew it would have been easy to make me wait (working in this area field a few years back I could understand), but he was so lovely and so kind to help me get my order so I could head home. I loved the quality service from Levi and I would love to order from him again

Felt like there is no regard for hygiene. It was filthy when we went. Lost the appetite and went somewhere else. Maccas needs to bring back adults to manage and run the store. You can't expect teenagers to run a tight ship even though they are doing their best. A sorry state of affairs.

Got 2 pieces of hair in a cheeseburger in a happy meal.
Turns it into a NOT so Happy Meal!

The Indian girl worker yesterday touch my chips with her bare hands I told her I wanted new ones she got angry and told her coworker and they were talking about be, she the gives me my food and says “ we are allowed to touch your food with our hand” I replied saying you shouldn’t and no you’re not! So rude worst service

The worst maccas are lazy as i try go there eveeyday before work and they are always doing system update

Hands down the worst McDonald in Melbourne. Not sure why they park people for so long when the burgers are always cold and missing the pickles and onions. The female manager is so rude and treats crew members so disgustingly in front of customers.

I just don't get how they get it wrong so often. Overfilled bags, wrong products, cold and crusty. Just don't get it.

The kids' play area is dirty, outdoor and too small. I always drive thru and get the family meals.

The past few months there chips have been cold and stale and there packaging on burgers and egg bacon mcmuffins is all over the place. Not happy also the past 3 months I've been getting pokemon gifts in the happy meal unacceptable they need to do something about these toys kids are not happy.
