McDonald's South Oakleigh

The guy at the drive-thru was amazing, also my burger was made so perfectly, I had to double-check it was actually McDonalds I ordered from! Great work, best McDonalds experience I've had in 30 years.

Got given a iced latte when I ordered a iced chocolate and they would not make me a iced chocolate. Very angry! Would never come here again!

Visited on 22nd October and was such a shame to look at tge front area of the resturant.and managers and staff were mucking around not doing anything.resturant was empty no orders still staff did nothing about it.felt like having a meal with pile of rubbish.

I asked for a special order to be made up fresh - filet O fish and fries. Happy to wait. Burger was soft warm bun, piping hot crispy fish, crisp chips. Don't eat Macca's unless they make the order fresh from scratch

I've had uber eats drivers steal my food they should put more tags on the bags like 5 so they can't put their hands in, also they should have a quality assurance person to make sure the food being cooked is correct the drinks have the lids on properly, the order is complete and make sure they know who the uber eats driver is so if someone rings up with a complaint they can ask that uber eats driver to reinburse the customer or ban them from delivering for maccas

I repeated my order twice to the lady and she still got one of the burgers wrong it wasn't a special order or anything I know the workers are young there but simple mistakes like this just shouldn't happen I didn't complain because I didn't want her to get in trouble I don't really blame the individual worker because this same mistake happens far too often

When I arrive the McDonald's seemed fine but after ordering and sitting down I noticed that there were insects everywhere (the photo linked is an image of some the insects on chair). Most of the tables were not clean with food/insects on the table. The staff needs to clean up and make sure that building is as clean as it possible can be as myself and other customers were discussed.

OK of is just a Maccas but the staff ate really nice, motivated and engaged.
The big Mac was assembled like the one in the photo and the place was clean, tables cleared in minutes.

Every time I go there they never get the order right! Always something missing or not actually what I asked for! Please get your staff to pay attention to their jobs instead of chit chatting with each other!

Great friendly place 24 hours a day. Our group of dancers always go back here to chat and unwind for many hours into the morning. Always welcomed and never seen any trouble here.

Staff are friendly enough they just don’t get the order right a lot of the time.not being mean just saying is all.

Oh well, had a drive through and found out my meal are missing fries, have to drive back to get it.
I ordered two large fries and they only give me one, together with one bag of ketchup, are they running out of ketchups? Can they have a think before putting through my order.

Put in a complaint about this place 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard back from you. Great to see that your customer feedback is important, even when the food you gave made them sick. Nice.

I like McDonald's burgers better than Hungry Jack's. Buffalo sauce taste really good with fries. Coffee is also very nice.

This place is really not upto level. No service. Customers in queue waiting for service no one cares here. No one want to serve customers. So many staff their but no one cares abt queue. Not good customer service.

Very average, I thought that the idea of MacDonalds was to be able to get the same quality food no matter where you went.

This McDonalds has a great layout, great children's play area. The food is good and comes quickly, they are rarely out of stock. Customer service is good and they serve you with a smile. Location is good and very close to public transport. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys McDonalds.

Horrible experience, where they gave my order to the wrong person then that person complained it was the wrong order - then they gave it to me with burger open and chicken nuggets gone. It was incredible disgusting.

Nice place to eat when you don't want to eat the wife's cooking. Smash down a big Mac and some chicken nuggets and you'll be as happy as a fat kid eating cake.

It's pretty stupid that when self serve ordering is off line there is no way to access a menu. As neither guy behind the counter nor I knew the full menu I had to limit my order to what was being displayed on the 4 screens behind the counter.
