McDonald's South Oakleigh

I had to wait 25 minutes for my Caramel frappe. They served like 20 people that came after me and i was just standing there. I heard them arguing about who has to make it while i just wanted to get the drink and leave. I had places to be. I préfère Dingley or Chelsea maccas because they are always lovely in there (i also have friends there.) I left a mess on the table in retaliation because i am very angry.

Garbage Mcdonalds. Horrible waiting time, screwed the order up, and also the floor manager was so rude it is actually funny.

You can tell the entire kitchen staff got in parasite style - they are just screwing around. Lost for words - if the franchise owner sees this, seriously reconsider the night shift staff.

I normally have immense respect and empathy for customer service min wage workers, but unfortunately not here

Was just trynna get a double cheese not a mutilated "burger" also it was oddly damp

Probably one of the worst Macca's around the area, food is always so old it's stale, cold and hard to bite.

Manager never answers the phone

Everytime I order from here I am always missing items whether it be one or even 8 items. Sometimes I don't even get any food.

Some of the rudest customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Absolutely dreadful.

1st time there since it opened.half filled thickshakes x4 that were like milk.and missing sauce for the nuggets also chips were colder than the shakes.

I ordered from Mymaccas app from this service.msg bounce back saying delivery wasn't available through doordash but I haven't got doordash app installed? ! Is that the reason why my ordered didn't get delivered cause I didn't have doordash app installed

Took 27 minutes to have our meal made. Chicken was extremely stale. Had to eat in the noisy presence of 3 sumo wrestlers and their 7 children.
Also the monopoly tickets suck. I dont want to be in a raffle for furniture I want apple slices.
Overall not a recommendable experience. I strongly advise fellow McDonalds enthusiasts to either pursue a healthier lifestyle. Or, like me, strive for heart failure at the more enjoyable Ormond branch.

Average. Twice in around 6 visits they got something wrong. No dipping sauce with nuggets, chips luke warm at best, thinkshake lacked flavour, asked for chocolate but if there was any chocolate in it at all it was minimal

Worst mcdonald's ever.spend the last of the weeks budget to treat the family and what do you get drinks that are flat and flavourless burgers that are missing the meat patties and chicken that a stray dog would turn its nose at.this mcdonalds needs to have a hard look at the way they operate. Never again will I eat from here

This has got to be the worst McDonald's on the planet. I could buy a franchise open and make my own meal before they get you your order. The land of time stand still. I could feel my hair grow in this place.

Great man made park. Saw black swans and babies. Great place to get back to nature in a big city. Great for outdoor exercise.

My worst mcdonalds experience ever, 08/09/21 1.20am.ordered quarter pounder meal, with a lemonade. Young girl at the window handed me the drink, which was a fanta, and then walked away from the window speaking in her own language, l then immediately placed the Fanta on the window counter, when she returned, l said "l ordered a lemonade ", she frowned and then exchanged it to a lemonade, no apology at all, my food order arrived not long after that, chips cold, and quarter pounder full off greese, l mean it was so greesy that the cardboard wrapper was saturated on the bottom also the mcdonalds bag was also stained, disgusting, l will never again visit the sth oakleigh store, l guess this store would not care anyway,

This is the worst Mc Donald’s of them all - last example - order missing - Double cheeseburger - and cheeseburger had no onion, no mustard, no sauce.
Found this out after getting home.
Should not have to check your order down to opening the burger to make sure it’s right. They always get it wrong. NOT GOID ENOUGH - ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER.

Reviewing this while waiting 15 minutes for a coffee and large fries. Staff chatting and serving friends. Not sure why this Mecca's is soo slow.

Really rude staff zero customer service
There shake machine was not working properly and they forced customer to drink it what ever they served you. But they can’t say that our shake machine is broken and not working properly so can’t serve you your flavour instead of this they get angry on customer

This is the amount of sauce I was given would rather not get any at all. And we asked for light tartare sauce on my girlfriends fillet o fish and it was caked with it and not even stacked properly.

Worst McDonald’s, they will do only drivethru first they don’t even care about the customers who are inside, these people who are inside working they will be always chating and doesn’t care about the customers.

I come to pick up order for uber eats rude boy tells me to leave for not wereing a mask. Bad macadonalds: (

Drive through service should be quick and accurate.
While i don't mind a brief stop in the waiting bay, i do expect them to get the order correct.
As a Tradie I'm on the go and finding that i have the wrong order and the convenience of fast food will now delay my day is counter productive, having to ensure that staff do their job shouldn't be mine.
McDonald's isnt a small business infact its a global chain that prides itself on consistency, how about getting drive through consistently good?
